Superb, relaxing stay with delicious vegan food.
My room was spotless and inviting. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was amazing! There was a vegan menu and it didn't disappoint - superb! There were little sweets left Out for me and tea, coffee and oat milk.
The bath plug wouldn't come out which did stress me a bit. I didn't like having to leave the water in there. This is the only thing I have to say as everything else was perfect.

Sparkle day...larger groups be cautious
Excellent venue for our family Christmas get together...rooms outstanding, beds comfy, staff very helpful...beautifully decorated for the festive period
Our Sparkle day at the spa was very poorly managed. Improvements needed for larger group as the majority of our group arrived before 10..however it took 90 minutes of waiting, form filling in for all 9+2 and booking in of treatments...which in turn made some of my guests annoyed that they had to wait for others to add treatments whole still waiting to start their sparkle day...this meant our arrival breakfast treat of smoothie, yoghurt and croissant was served about 1130, which meant our lunch was served at 1230. All of us keft something at lunchtime, as we were all still a little full from breakfast Majority of my guests were disgruntled and rightfully annoyed about the 'checkin'time period and that the timings for lunch weren't appropriate for the size of our party

Lovely relaxing overnight stay
As a female travelling alone i felt very comfortable here from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was perfect for 1, clean and with everything I needed. I had a lovely lunch in the bar and room service for dinner. Can't fault anything about my stay and would highly recommend.
