Hidden gem
This place is a real gem of a find. One room with large double bed, own bathroom and toilet, complete with heated towel rail. TV, work desk , shared full kitchen which was spotless. Use of microwave, toaster, fridge, all cooking utensils, cereals, tea and coffee etc provided for breakfast . The host is very friendly and despite the extremely cold weather, the room was always lovely and warm. Bus stops to birmingham or sutton Coldfield just a, 2 minute walk. Local shops, including sainsbury and tesco virtually across the road , choice of pubs and restaurants . Second stay there and will certainly be booking again. Thanks to hosts for an enjoyable stay.

This property is so cosy and so comfortable. It is also in the perfect location for a nice stroll along the High Street. There is everything you will need, including parking, and a lovely little kitchen area which you share with other guests. I will definitely be booking again.

Cheap, very clean.
Very clean and recently refurbished. Location was perfect (other than the view, which was not at all important!) and it was cheap.
Check-in instructions (location and operation of keysafe) were not very clear, which is not ideal when you're in the pouring rain and the dark. Bathroom facilities very cramped. Most importantly, there is no fridge in the room, contrary to what was specified in the Booking.com description. I had brought food with me that needed to be refrigerated. Mattress not very comfortable. Sound insulation not great.

Comfortable and warm with plenty of facilities and excellent value for money.
The rooms were clean with plenty of room. Shower room was clean and the shower was large with plenty of hot water. Especially liked the kitchenette at the end of the hall which was well stocked with equipment and simple foods.
A minor niggle - the TV digital reception did not work so went old school with the original aerial.
