We had a hire car that had to be returned 20 metres from the hotel so from that point of view it was excellent. The night we stayed there was only a stopover where we went from driving a hire car to catching the train to Paris. From this perspective it was perfect. There is all sorts of things all around the hotel such as shops and hotels so it was very handy for us. I would definitely stay there again if we were returning a car to London
There was no breakfast but that was not a problem because there are so many options near this hotel for eating

The bed was really comfortable.
Ibis hotels are very basic. The internet was so slow, pages wouldn't open on my computer.

Clean room, helpful staff
Outdated bathroom, only minimum facilities, had to ask for small towels and soap, small room.
