We had traveled from India and chose Ibis Shepherds Bush. Our stay was quite nice, the area is good with great food options nearby and the tube station is close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, it’s clean well maintained and nice.

Stayed two nights at [Hotel Name] hoping for a clean, functional budget stay. The location is perfect ;walkable to everything we needed. That’s the only highlight. We were unable to connect to the internet. Unfortunately, the hotel is under heavy construction with no prior notice in the booking. Noise started early, dust was everywhere, and no discounts, earplugs, or apologies were offered to guests. The room itself lacked a refrigerator (not mentioned online), and the bed linens were dingy, stained, and clearly overdue for replacement—unacceptable even for a budget property. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on them. For the price, we expected basic cleanliness and transparency about renovations. Management needs to inform guests upfront and upgrade essentials like linens. We won’t return until improvements are made.
