Nice for a short stay, but the cleanliness makes you to want to leave early.

It's convenient for a short stay and the connection with Köln is not bad (you only need to walk a bit and take a train).

The apartment was huge, but the space wasn't specially well used. The bathroom was okay, but the pressure of the water of the sink was around zero (it was even more comfortable to brush my teeth and wash my face in the kitchen :/). The owners should clean and disconnect the fridge and leave it open while nobody is there, because it smelled really really weird. Mopping the floor would be also nice...

Lack of hot water (apartment 9). No spare toilet paper (both apartments). Lack of cutlery (apartment 9). Lack of plates, bowls, cups. No chopping board (apartment 9). No door tray in fridge (apartment 9). No sharp cutting knife (apartment 9).

very basic but clean

i realise this is budget stay option but there were issues that could have been better handled. Check in was issue. The office was closed when I arrived Sunday and getting in touch was a problem (they assume you can call an hr before arrival but this assumes 1-a cell that makes foreign calls; and 2-a stable network that allows ws. Neither was valid in my case. As it turns out, keys were left with bar next store. Why they could not have messaged me this the night or week before is beyond me! Bathroom is so poorly lit, you will need a torch to find your way around. Woken at 630 by noise from the business behind apartments who were loading vans or something - possibly smuggling renegade marching band drummers across Europe given how much noise they made!

Alles was man braucht.

Die Lage war für meine Zwecke (Verwandtenbesuch) gut. Ansonsten etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum. Supermärkte sehr nahe bei.

Die S Bahn-Anbindung war etwas gestört und unregelmäßig. Aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts für ! ;-)

I came to this hotel for work, to visit Anuga. I asked for the invoice several times, but it wasn't sent. If you're coming to Anuga for business, don't stay here. You won't have any way to justify it to your company. Llegue a este hotel por trabajo, para visitar la feria Anuga, pedi la factura varias veces pero no fue enviada, si ud viene para Anuga y por empresa, no se quede aqui, no tendra como justificar en su compañia.

Ok für eine oder zwei Nächte.

Unkompliziert, sauber. Gut ausgestattete Selbsversorger-Kochnische. Verschiedene Supermärkte nah bei.

Trotz Nichtraucher-Schild in meinem und wahrscheinlich allen Zimmern, kam durch die Lüftungs-Schächte (?) im Bad immer wieder Rauch-Gestank. Sehr schade- und offensichtlich von den Betreibern nicht erwünscht! Dennoch leider Tatsache. Ich mußte immer schnell die Bad-Tür schließen und lüften.. etwas mühsam und ärgerlich. Die Wege zur S-Bahn sind länger als ich dachte- aber ok!

Alloggiare a 20 minuti dal centro

Appartamento al 1°piano modernamente arredato in modo semplice ma efficace. Letto ampio e molto comodo. Accessori cucina adeguati, frigo capiente. Stanza molto luminosa e silenziosa. Parcheggio privato in piccolo cortile interno facilmente accessibile dalla via pubblica, con stalli auto dedicati ed eventualmente proteggibili contro utilizzo non autorizzato.

Localizzato in periferia a circa 20 minuti di auto dal centro della città. Fermata bus urbano nelle vicinanze. Ascensore non presente. Accesso con chiave standard acquisibile dal sottostante bistrò. Non rilevata la disponibilità di keybox per ritiro e restituzione fuori dagli orari di apertura del bistrò. Bagno piccolo, senza bidet. Soffione doccia piccolo e con bassa erogazione acqua.

O apartamento era pequeno mas tinha tudo que era necessário para uma boa estadia. Tudo limpo e novo.

Apesar de ser proibido fumar no apartamento, muito provavelmente vários locatários fumam dentro do banheiro. O cheiro de cigarro no banheiro é bem forte. Deixei o exaustor do banheiro ligado por 3 dias e o cheiro não saiu. Isso é mais culpa dos usuários do que do próprio dono, já que existe um aviso de que não é permitido fumar no apartamento e também uma multa pra quem o faz. Enfim, desagradável mas acontece. O apartamento também não é tão bem localizado, mas isso está muito claro no anúncio, então não há muito do que reclamar.

No volveré

Cuando llegamos de noche después de un largo viaje el dueño nos informó que no podíamos hospedarnos porque estaba lejos y no podía darnos la llave. Tuvimos que buscar otro lugar, estando muy cansados y siendo más de las 22 hs. Poca responsabilidad. Me reembolsaron el dinero que había pagado después de unos días.

Wir hatten eine Schabe im Zimmer. Der Mann an der Reception war etwas unsicher in seinem Handeln. Der Drucker wollte leider auch nicht, aber per Mail die Quittung ist ganz okay

Lage war sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal

Am schlimmsten war es, dass die Zimmer nach Zigarette gestunken hat, weil im unteren Geschoss irgendjemand geraucht hat und der Qualm kam durch die Badezimmerlüftung in die ganze Wohnung. Im Badezimmer waren keine Haken, um Handtücher aushängen und zusätzlich. Es war keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Shampoo, usw in der engen Dusche.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Leider kam aus der Lüftung im Bad Zigarettengeruch. Ich selber als Raucher habe es nicht gerochen aber meine Partnerin hat eine sehr gute Nase. Wer Samstag auf Sonntag bucht sollte wissen das unter dem Appartment eine Bar ist wo bis 3 Uhr Nachts sehr laute Musik gespielt wird und man diese auch im Zimmer hört. Also nichts für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf. Aber wer schläft am Wochenende schon vor 3 Uhr :-)
