A very clean and modern hotel with a good vibe. Breakfast doesn't match the accommodation standard

Funky modern design. Gym. Pleasant staff. Shower top class.

Lack of room heat control. Too hot. Breakfast lacked hot offers. Eggs yukk. Dry and hard. Lack of Breakfast confectionery. Meats and breads good. Coffee good.

A pleasant stay outside of the city centre.

Nice, light and big rooms that were pleasant to stay in. A nice big shower, and access to a beautiful balcony with sunlight in the evening, so we could enjoy a takeaway there. It's super close to the station, so you can get to Cologne centre easily and quickly.

We were a bit disappointed by the breakfast. The coffee was not very nice, there was no normal milk (only UHT), and the quality of the food, apart from the bread rolls, seemed not very high. I wouldn't have breakfast here again and instead eat out in the city. It was also a bit of a shame that when we arrived the normal hotel parking was full, and we had to take up an EV spot, which felt a little weird. It would be good if it was possible to reserve car parking upon booking. Sadly there was also a party going on in the bistro next door, so it was rather loud, but I assume that was a one-off occasion.

Good place

New, comfortable and very calm Hotel, basically everything you need for a business trip

The lady working at the Bistro for the breakfast(Tuesday) is the rudest person i’ve met, her place is not in the hospitality sector. Also the communication between reception and housekeeping is 0, at the day of check out, the house keeper went inside our room 3 times ( 08:30;10:30;11:00) while the check out was due 12:00.

Facilities and cleanliness were reasonable.

They don't have the basic things, such like dental products, no slippers, no kettle, no drinking water...... in the room. If you thirsty, water was 4.5 euro per bottle.
