The location was really good! Room was cleaned everyday and the staff was always helpful + delicious breakfast

Location was very easy to find after arriving to Rome. Easy to go to monuments even on foot. There were lots of bus stops nearby so it was easy to get to transports. Lots of cafes and restaurants or food shops on the same street, drinking water fountains so it was very easy to have access to anything. The stuff was amazing! Very communicative, helpful, sweet and warm. They were very friendly. Always did their best to help you. The bed was very comfortable as well so we got very good rest at night to rest. Sheets were clean, towels were clean as well and bathroom equipment was amazing too.
Wish there had been a balcony but even without that I liked the room. The main light in the bedroom was sometimes blinking rapidly. But it only happened once. The water went cold sometimes and didn’t get warm after 15 minutes or more. Other than that everything was amazing. It didn’t bother us much.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay, we like it a lot, and friendly staff ☺️
