Exceptional. Fantastic pool options, incredible for families. Good food options. Lovely grounds.
We had booked for two children and entered their ages on the booking information. When we arrived, they charged us considerably more stating if only booked for one child, even though I had a photo of my booking. Also - we paid for late checkout and had to move rooms, which was fine. They asked us to checkout from one room at 12 and then advised they didn’t have a room available until 2:30. I complained given we had paid for it and to their credit they then found a room. Most staff were excellent, just one young man on reception was unpleasant.

Great kids facilities and location. Room was excellent.
Very large busy hotel though did have an adults area. Breakfast a complete bun fight with families disappointingly in PJs and people in beach wear.
