Apartments Novak

It was a comfortable, clean apartment and the view was amazing from the huge balcony. This was the main reason I booked the property. Sun loungers and a balcony table and chairs were provided. The sunsets were beautiful. Ivan was very helpful when I needed him and I was able to check in early which was a big bonus. The location was quiet which I liked and just a little traffic noise. There is a supermarket only a minute’s walk away. I booked a trip with GetYourGuide and they picked me up from outside the supermarket which was very convenient.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, but just a couple of very minor suggestions for future guests - a toaster would be useful and bigger towels would be nice. That’s all. You only get a wonderful view of the sea and the old town like this if you are prepared to stay on the hillside but that means that those with mobility issues wouldn’t be able to climb the many steps up to this property. The road has a gentler incline but there are shortcuts up the stairs. Of course, drivers would have no problem and taxis are available.

Excellent communication from the host and help with transfer. Great views from the large terrace. Very clean and air conditioned. Walk into Dubrovnik old town. Supermarket close by.

Would have appreciated a toaster and other kitchen aids such as chopping board.

The location was perfect, it was lovely and quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to the old town and 2 minutes to banje beach. Amazing balcony with a stunning view. Apartment had everything we needed and the host was so helpful and prompt with any questions. Would highly recommend

The place itself was nice and the view was stunning, but we had a few run ins with the owners. I don’t think anyone was in the wrong, just that they were being unreasonable.

The second night we came back to enjoy the view with 2 of our friends from back home. It was 10pm so we were keeping it down. The owners came up and told us to get out because it’s not allowed. There’s a *house rules* sign on the wall that says you’re allowed guests in for 3 hours- it is written in the booklet thing though, but it was NEVER stated when the owner was talking about the house rules in person. As our 2 friends were leaving, the owner was trying to argue with them, and was clearly picking fights. They told us to leave and we did- I think it’s completely unreasonable to try to talk to them when again, it’s not their fault at all. And the owners wife had the audacity to say we were disrespectful for simply leaving when asked and apologising for not reading the last page of the booklet. After that it kind of changed our view on the holiday.
