Tole Apartment

Location including view from terrace. Good to have 2 bathrooms.

Steps down and second bedroom could have had better ventilation

Spacious apartment, very well furnished. The courtyard and balcony both added extra space for outdoor enjoyment. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was very nice. Check in instructions given were very clear.

The many stairs one had to climb to get to the apartment. However this is practically the same drill in most accommodations near the old town

Frano was very helpful with all my questions before arrival, He sent us all the information to reach and enter the property well in advance. It was a surprise for my husbands birthday and he went the extra mile by putting up balloons and a birthday banner and left him a cake with candles :) The apartment was so perfect - spacious, well equipped (full size hair dryer / curling tongs / towels / blankets etc), we did not use the kitchen much but it looked to be very well equipped if you did want to eat in, the apartment was spotlessly clean, The garden / patio area is a beautiful space to chill and take in the view with a drink or a cuppa. It is a short 10 minute walk down hill to the Old town (coming back up makes you puff but works off the dinner), Dubrovnik is very hilly so lots of steps to consider if you are not very mobile, Uber is easy to use locally. We would highly recommend this apartment, 10/10

W obiekcie największe wrażenie robił duży taras, z którego mieliśmy widok na morze i miasto. Sam apartament był bardzo komfortowy - duży korytarz, dwa pokoje, dwie łazienki, duży salon z dodatkowym łóżkiem, stołem, a obok kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy (zmywarka, ekspres do kawy itp). Na tarasie jeszcze jeden stół i krzesła - bardzo fajna przestrzeń do wypoczywania po całym dniu na mieście. Z apartamentu bardzo szybko można się było dostać do miasta - ok. 6 minut do bramy wejściowej na stare miasto w Dubrowniku. Świetna lokalizacja! Na plus również kontakt z właścicielem - wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnił i był do dyspozycji.

Ze względu na to że budynek leży na wzgórzu i jest usytuowany w zagłębieniu nie we wszystkich pokojach były okna, ale zostały one dodatkowo doświetlone luksferami i dodatkowym wejściem do apartamentu. Wejście do budynku po schodach bez dostępu dla osób z ograniczonymi możliwościami poruszania, ale dla osób nastawionych na zwiedzanie i spacerowanie to nie powinien być problem.
