Good location. Close to old town. Air con was working in hot weather :)

Check IN Check out timings are quite frustrating. Both timings are very inconvenient and hassling. On the day of check in and check out both days we had to spend almost a full day outside in hot weather all together. So please aware that it might be a issue, specially families with kids. If check in is late then checkout also to be set little late accordingly. No baggage storing facility , so both days we struggle to carry luggage , Or course we spend extra to keep it somewhere else with paid service. It has front yard , it can be added value if it was maintained properly,Garden was poorly maintained , grown grass and unwanted plants. So it is not possible to seat and enjoy the sea view.

Die Lage der Wohnung war toll, nur etwas schwierig zu finden. Ganz besonders beeindruckt hat uns der kleine Garten mit vielen Blumen, Büschen und Zitrusbäumen. Meine Frau war von den 2 Schildkröten fasziniert die im Garten herumliefen. Dubrovnick war zu Fuss in gut 5 Minuten leicht erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit oberhalb der Wohnung.
