Apartments Lazarin

Location was great as was provided washing machine and other amenities were very useful

A microwave may have been useful in the kitchenette but space could be an issue. We were aware of the numerous stairs to get to the apartment but the view was outstanding. There is a luggage service nearby that would be recommended to assist with bags.

The apartment had the most spectacular views and was only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and kindly let us check in earlier than 3 pm. We would happily stay here again in a heartbeat!

Apartment with a nice balcony view to the sea and old town. Two toilets, fully equipped kitchen, dish/cloth washers. Peace for a chaos of old town. In the morning of arrival we received detailed videos how to walk steps down hill to the house and finally climb up to 4th floor. It helped us a lot with the orientation to the house. On a day of departure we walked steps down, up and down again to the lower street next to hotel Excelsior for uber pick up.

You have to been in a good shape to walk (some 170) steps up and down to / from the apartment. Apartment is located in the restricted traffic zone. You cannot drive there with your (rental) car without reserving an expensive parking in advance. It is better to take a taxi. "Direct Booker" sent constantly spam e-mails without real content. The best whatsup message was received in the morning of arrival with excellent arrival videos. If you have been is Dubrovnik in "good old times", do not bother to come again because it is now like a Disney amusement park (even in late September)

The view was amazing and the rooms were very nice and clean.

Accessing this apartment was an extreme challenge directions given were confusing and not only is there multiple flights of stairs to reach the apartment building from either street but the actual apartment was located on the 5th floor of the building. Do not recommend for those over the age of 50 or those that have a lot of luggage.
