Dubrovnik Apartment Lasic

The property is very convenient for exploring Dubrovnik old town which is less than 10 mins walk to the Ploce gate entrance. The view from the open plan living room is spectacular. There is air conditioning to allow you to get away from the summer heat.

The property is only accessible via some steep stairs. To be fair this is likely a problem for most properties in the area

Great location and view. A clean, air-conditioned apartment.

Outside space was a bit neglected and didn't have good access. Decor was in need of some attention such as bathroom.

We, as a family, could not have been happier about the location, it was simply perfect. The apartment is located just above Banje beach, and old town (ca 7 min walk). The property had all the amenities you could wish for, two great sized bedrooms, a big lounge/kitchen area + an outdoor area with stunning views of old town and the sea. Great place to sit in the evenings with a glass of wine and just look at all the boats go by :) Nina and Dubo were so lovely and such great hosts, from start to finish! Nina provided us with lots of personal tips about good restaurants, day trips and events that we shouldn’t miss during our stay, which was super helpful! It ended up being one of our best holidays, ever, and we are so happy we booked this place!

There’s nothing that we didn’t like.

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll. Wir hatten eine schöne un- überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf Dubrovnik. Die Terrasse lag im Schatten, so dass man auch bei sehr heißem Wetter immer draußen sitzen konnte. Das Apartment war ausgestattet mit einer Küche, verbunden mit einem Aufenthaltsraum und zwei Schlafzimmern. Ein Schlafzimmer war mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügte über zwei Einzelbetten. Der Weg zum nahe gelegenen Strand führt über Treppen und war in wenigen Metern erreicht. Die Altstadt ist ebenfalls nach einem kurzen Spaziergang gut fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt können wir eine Buchung des Apartments aufgrund der tollen Lage weiter empfehlen.
