the location is good, a bit far from the airport but good distance to Seoul station.
breakfast was chaotic - many of the times we had breakfast there were lineups, was actually a bit disappointing. Many times staff would make us sit for 20-25 mins and then take up only to realize we had 20 mins to get in and out of the breakfast place. I think they should open up another space for breakfast as they just can't handle the quantity of folks having breakfast. If folks are paying they want to have a good meal and in a peaceful way. No matter when we arrived it was already busy we felt.

The stay was good. We most appreciated the very helpful staff in and around reception. Emma took us and our luggage to our room. She was extremely helpful answering our questions re location of restaurants etc. Jenny on the desk was very helpful organising our travel to our airport hotel etc. All the staff were very pleasant, respectful, efficient and helpful. All spoke excellent English, which was also a bonus. The room was a reasonable size with an outlook over a temple, which we appreciated. The bathroom was adequate, although we would prefer a stand-alone shower, rather than one over the bath.
Our only problem is that having arrived at the hotel late, we decided to have a light dinner at the bar/coffee shop at about 9.30pm, only to discover that most of the food had stopped for the evening at 9pm and we were able only to order snack food. A hotel of this standard should have a much later coffee shop menu available.
