Feeling comfort and luxurious mood

Nice & comfortable hotel, professional staff, convenient location. It was a good stay in general, and I was genuinely impressed by the service provided by the hotel staff who attended to all my requests. Except that they were the 1st hotel to return my laundry because they are not items on the list which they handle, a luggage cover and a bag. While I understand their rationale of bearing the responsibility of any damages to the items, it would have been great if the team could have exercised flexibility and found a solution to the problem instead of asking me to use a coin laundry in their subsidiary hotel 10mins away. And this was mentioned 1 day before I had to check out when I called the front desk to check on the items which were returned in the original laundry bag without any explanation. Especially when other hotels I’ve stayed at had no issues cleaning the same items for me. That said, the front desk had been helpful and professional in coordinating with the relevant team to provide me with an explanation, just that it was a disappointing experience that was unexpected. to me

We were in the older tower and rooms are spacious but the cleaniness of the room and toilet need alot of work. Its a walk from metro and they have underground access which will be closed at certain timing at night.
