    We normally stayed at Lotte hotel but booked Westin Josun due to availability. It was a pleasant find and we have decided we would stay at Westin Josun from now onwards. The service is impeccable and the location is perfect for myeondong shopping and getting around by taxi and to airport. I normally don't leave reviews but definitely for this hotel as it is exceptional. Thank you to the staff at Westin Josun for making our stay a memorable one.

    Surprisingly, room was dirty when checked in. And despite giving feedback, it continued to be subpar cleaning. Sink was still dirty, lining were left drenched from steam pressing. It was way below the standard expected of Westin. Although staff were apologetic, it was a great disappointment.
