Good location. Room had the ability to open a window for fresh air
Staff brusque, we arrived at 2.15 and were abruptly told to come back after 3. A bit more effort to explain they were busy and couldn’t accommodate check in before 3 would be a better response.
Property was functional and utilitarian but little atmosphere.
Our room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The hotel is in a very convenient location very close to main attractions and stores. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as shopping malls and other attractions such as the city council and the park in front of it.
The hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The room service is excellent, and they do your room every day. I got couple small twin beds in my room but that was okay as I traveled alone.
I would like to have had a queen bed or regular bed or something like that.
