Hotel President

It was in a great location, next to lots of eateries and a train station. Some of the main attractions were nearby. The gym was well equipped.

Beds were too small (even for twin beds), unfortunately double bedded were not available. Furniture was dated, access to Netflix/Prime/Disney+ would have been appreciated.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, mainly thanks to its unbeatable location. It is conveniently located right by Line 2 and also provides underground access to Line 1. Myeongdong is within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the area’s lively atmosphere, shops, and restaurants as well as Cheonggyecheon for a stroll. There is a convenience shop around the corner and a lot of Starbucks around. The hotel is also exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable. Housekeeping is so helpful, always smiling and providing. They have the best laundry room ever!

The hotel is definitely in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. Communication with the reception staff was also quite difficult, as their level of English was very limited. At least a basic level of English training would greatly improve the guest experience. We had already seen several comments about the air-conditioning, so we were expecting that there might be an issue. In our room, there was an air-conditioning unit near the window as well as a separate central ventilation system on the wall. Even when we switched off the unit by the window, the central ventilation continued to blow extremely cold air, and there was no way for us to control it ourselves. We contacted the front desk and, fortunately, they were able to switch off the central ventilation. However, once it was turned off, the room had very limited airflow and quickly became humid. Overall, the temperature and ventilation system made it difficult to keep the room comfortable. We stayed in July.

But the breakfast was awful . There were lots of cafe next to the hotel . And the staff behavior was not good
