    This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. It truly felt like coming back home. The warm welcome we received upon arrival made us feel genuinely valued as returning guests. During our stay, we encountered a small incident. However, the hotel manager and staff responded quickly, thoughtfully, and professionally, making sure everything was resolved with great care. Their prompt actions and genuine concern gave us peace of mind and showed their commitment to exceptional hospitality. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager and every member of the team for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service made our visit even more memorable. We look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you once again!

    First of all, getting to the hotel from Incheon Airport was a breeze. The airport limousine bus dropped us off right at the hotel’s doorstep, making the journey incredibly convenient. The check-in experience was top-notch—efficient, warm, and welcoming. Our room was excellent: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, easily one of the best I’ve ever slept in. It made for a truly restful stay.

    Surprisingly, room was dirty when checked in. And despite giving feedback, it continued to be subpar cleaning. Sink was still dirty, lining were left drenched from steam pressing. It was way below the standard expected of Westin. Although staff were apologetic, it was a great disappointment.
