It’s location

Our Room was very tiny with 2 Queen beds in it..

Its new n clean n modern. Service also impeccable

For first timer, it was kinda difficult to find I was arriving to downtowm seoul via airport limousine and struggling to find the hotel location

The location was great, it made it easy to jump around to other locations in Myeongdong or over to Euljiro. Train access was a ~10 minute walk. At this point in the trip we’d been traveling for days and appreciated having access to laundry. Hotel customer service personnel were kind and helpful.

There was a lack of permanent furniture in the room, leading to scuff marks all over the walls in the room where I believe luggage would have been placed. It was distracting how badly marked the room was. I would have assumed they would have put up paneling or fresh paint more frequently. The room could benefit from more than one fold out luggage rack, and a chair that isn’t fold out or even floor cushions. The bathroom looked clean, but also smelled like urine around the toilet.
