    The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was unacceptable. The toilet had a bad smell, and there were hairs all over the floor that had clearly not been cleaned. The shower drain was completely clogged because it was packed with hair underneath the drain cover. I had to remove and clean it myself just so the water could drain properly. To make matters worse, the toilet seat still had visible shit stains, which made it obvious that it hadn't been properly sanitized. I also wouldn't recommend staying here during the summer. The large glass windows let in a lot of heat, and by mid-morning the room became uncomfortably hot despite having the curtains closed and the air-conditioning on at 18 degree celsius. Overall, the poor housekeeping and uncomfortable room conditions made this a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
