Driving to get the keys then going to the property a bit time consuming - it would be better to go to the car park buzz to get in then collect the key for the desk

The balcony was great although we didn’t sit out there it was lovely to be able to open the door and have fresh air. The building was very secure and the lift handy with luggage. The kitchen had everything that was needed.

Look promising, but delivered basic accommodation, challenging parking & uncomfortable night sleep

The bed was a futon and not at all comfortable . There were lots of pictures which indicated the apartment had a normal double kingsize bed. The bedframe was wooden and very low and jutted out and I knocked my shins on several occasions. The parking garage was a nightmare. I was using this apartment for the last night in the UK to repack my cases after a long trip. Very difficult and cumbersome to park the car with multiple entrances, levels, lifts and keys and then transfer luggage to apartment 1-200 yards away. There was no information that this would be the case from the apartment owners. I felt the apartment was pretty basic - The lighting was poor in the lounge, no coffee pot or tea pot and I was pleased I was only staying 2 nights. No air conditioning only one mediocre fan for the heatwave in progress.

Right next to a big sainsburys, free secure parking, spacious apartment, across the road from restaurants. Our host was lovely and easy to contact by text.

Amazing apartment 😊

We got amazing spacious apartment. Apartment was clean and smelling good when we arrived. Kitchen got all needed appliances, rooms were cozy and comfortable. Very comfy soft beds and beautiful decor. It took us a little time to understand how the tv works but we managed to turn it on with the instructions given. Staff was very helpful ❤️ Overall very satisfied with our stay and will come back happily with our next holiday 😊

Neighbours downstairs were smoking cigarettes on the balcony and the smell was coming inside apartment when balcony door was open so we needed to keep it closed most of the time. But beside that it was perfect 😊

apartment was tired looking and in need of a coat of paint, the furniture in the living space had also seen better days. The double bed was very small and not very comfortable. Sky box did not work at all, subscription had not been renewed!

Overall great value for money and a modern spacious apartment with good facilities.

There was an issue with the parking permit but the host was responsive. The flat also had some strange smells so we had to open all the windows to get some airflow through.

Great apartment and lovely quiet location but wifi speed could be improved.

The apartment was great, nicely decorated, very clean, had everything we needed and was conveniently located right next to a big sainsburys that came in handy. not to mention free parking which was an added bonus.

The Wifi was super slow at times, making it hard to watch movies or even load a tiktok video. Before we arrived they did say the wifi wasn’t working and installed a dongle until the company came to fix it, unfortunately the dongle worked much faster than the actual internet. so probably worth keeping the dongle in the apartment so people can choose for next time.

Spotlessly clean and perfect location.

In the coldest two weeks of the winter the radiator in the living room didn't work. I reported it the first day of a two week stay but it still wasn't fixed by the time I left. Luckily there was a small portable heater which helped.

not a fault on the apartment itself but the neighbouring apartments and the smell that fills the corridor and goes into the rented apartment is abit much.

Had to pay additional for second bed and linen when I stated 2 ppl were staying in apt. Second bed provided was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE for my friend. I think an army bed with springs or blow up bed would have been much better. Apartment building is quite warm. corridors etc very warm. Too warm in summer. 10am checkout is too early. Should be no earlier than 11am.

some of the items were faulty or in need of repair i.e the extractor fan to the cooler was really horribly loud and don’t know if it worked the lights some were out and the in room lamp didn’t work so was really dark at night but apart from that it was great
