Lovely apartment in an ideal location

Stay did not happen

I got there , contacted the property owner and number was not working after waiting for 2/3 hours in the cold he finally message saying there is an issue with plumbing so booking was cancelled

Please do not book this place if want to have nice holiday or break.The host is very unprofessional

The location is great thats all.

Check in time was 3pm the keys were not the lock box .We got them at 5pm after we had to wait for someone to come out and we got only to find her in the apartment .She told us the shower was broken plumber coming to fix at 7pm .The cleaner was coming at 7PM .It was a nightmare my kids were freezing cold . The unit was very dirty .The bed linen had not been changed there was hair in the bed . I had booked this place for a week imagine all the way from Australia to live in such dirty place .The cleaner arrived at 7PM with her son shocked to see people in the unit she cleaned some of the messs that plumber had left and said she would return next day . The plumber was drilling and fixing the shower it was mess and so loud . The cleaner even said she is very manipulative and always does this . The number she has on booking com it does work i had ask her for working number she pretend as she had no idea but cleaner said that how she does it make sure the working one .She never answer the calls . She then said apologised offered a refund for one night never happened . The fob key for the gate never saw it she kept saying she was going live it the lock box never happened parked our car on the streets .

Short and not sweet. Never stay here.

Absolutely nothing. Location was fine. About it

All of it. It was awful. We booked for 2 nights, left after the first night. I had my 2 kids with me as well. Nobody slept well. Beds are so uncomfortable, you can feel the springs, there were also dips in the mattresses where they were so old and slept in. It is like a sauna in there. Wasn’t even warm outside. The fans provided are falling apart and filthy. The flat in general was grimy. The headboard fell off one of the single beds and almost injured my child. I found a hair on the pillow. Sofa smelled bad. Cold water tap in bathroom was like a trickle. The blinds were falling apart, zero privacy or darkness This apartment is in a council block. Should be illegal to rent this out. Never again.

Nice vibe,

The location of the property was fab, exactly what i was looking for, easy access, swift check in, clean standard, fans provided which is essential in these apartments.

Nothing really, at times i’d have preferred to speak with host other than on booking.com but the number provided does’t ring through. Host said its a sim card issue but i’d still would have felt a lot more secure actually hearing the person on the other end
