Wouldn’t stay here again and will always check any place for negative reviews in future

The location was good. It was a 10 min walk from the centre, it had a Sainsburys opposite and plenty of restaurants around as well as hotels.

I unfortunately had to find another place to stay after the first night, the pictures didn’t match to what you got. Heating kept staying on 24.5 degrees so it was warm. Blinds were broken and didn’t shut properly so not enough privacy and let light in from outside, and from a building across the road. The bed had hairs in it. Walls and floors had marks and chunks missing. Bath had no plug, shower hose sprayed the entire bathroom, no toilet brush but the holder was there. It didn’t feel clean, the microwave was burnt and rusty inside. Not enough things to clean utensils or to wipe up after cleaning. Cooker fan was dirty, hobs didn’t have any indication as to which one turned on what. The entire place needs some seriously needed tlc if you expect people to stay there for the price you’re asking. It was a shame as I had high hopes but unfortunately had to find somewhere to stay the second night and had to contact the owners.

The heat inside the apartment was extreme, and the fan didn't work, but we asked for another one and they brought it, but due to the excessive heat inside the apartment, the fan couldn't handle it. So we couldn't sleep well because it was hot at night too. It was cooler outside the apartment than inside.

My stay was great, I enjoyed my time there although I had to check out early due to an emergency

I certainly liked the location it was based in I really enjoyed the view and how peaceful it was there The property was well equipped and comfortable too.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but rather an inconvenience about the toilet not flushing the first night there, but they sent someone in to fix it and it worked well afterwards.

Broken window/door to the outside that wouldn't close properly & advised not to open. Duvet was in desperate need of replacement having stains & burn marks in it.

The location was very good, the apartment was clean

On arrival the bedroom window and living room door were open, which was quite nice as we were warm dropped the bags and went straight out, later on our return after sitting for a while, when it was turning cooler, I closed the bedroom window, and tried to close the living room glass door, but this was broken, do spent the night unable to sleep, we let the lady know regarding this issue, we decided to leave on the Sunday night because of the noise.

Disappointed 😞

Location with regards to the hub. There is plenty of choice re restaurants. Shower in the apartment was lovely and the bed very comfy.

The apartment was stifeningly hot. Could have done with aircon. The landlord said the apartment had been cleaned a couple of days before, but the floors didn't look like they'd even been brushed. Fresh flowers had been left by the cleaner (they said), but the heat in the apartment had killed them! I've left a photo in the 'lobby' space below. I can only add one in the room, so the cracked window is there. The flowers were also in the room. The photos in the advert were very misleading. I booked because it looked really rather nice, but at best it was basic. There was a huge crack in one of the windows. The flooring was unstable, and the sofa was rather old and tatty.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the mall and station. There's a Sainsbury's just in front and lots of restaurants around. It's spacious for a couple.

There's a French door in the living room that doesn't shut completely so there's a lot of cold air coming and the heater doesn't help. Sometimes the living room was too cold to sit in and we had to stay in the bedroom. Lastly not all the kitchen burners work.

Good location for a short stay; needs some upkeep and should have been better equipped with basic kitchen supplies.

The property is on the seventh floor with many large windows, so it is very bright and a nice view over both greenspace and parking lots.

It was very difficult to find the lockbox. The video the owner sent may have been useful had we arrived by car but we walked from the train station. The check in information was definitely not straightforward. There was no numbered address above the door that said Chelsea House, so it difficult to find the property. We found the kitchen not very clean and nit well equipped. I pulled out a cookie sheet to use for dinner and it was greasy and food still stuck to it. There were no dish towels and no paper towels. The bathroom floor is very soft underfoot at the sink due to constant shower water spillage. The apartment itself was comfortable and the TV worked well.

Great location，within 10 minutes walk to the railway station and 1 min to the sainsbury. Spacious with very beautiful view. Staffs are helpful with prompt response.

Fully equipped but some are not working well. The cooker sometimes work well but most of the time is in the bad condition.

In the thick of it...Milton Keynes

The location was ideal for central Milton Keynes. The view was lovely and the apartment was very well laid out. Overall very happy with the apartment.

While instructions for key pick up were very detailed and arrived on time, it seemed a long way to walk to obtain the key but appreciate there may not be any other way of achieving self-check in.

Great Location

The location was perfect and within walking distance of the office. Communication with the hosts on arrival was easy, very responsive via WhatsApp for collecting the keys. The free wifi was great and tea/coffee was available as is the standard these days with serviced apartments.

I've stayed in a few apartments now so always compare to other places I've stayed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There also appears to be what I can only describe as a sinking floor in the bathroom at the shower/sink which is worrying, the host may want to investigate this before further damage is caused. In the kitchen, there was no dishwasher tablet to put in the dishwasher on departure. There was also no dishtowel in the kitchen to dry dishes throughout the week. I could not close the window in the living room despite several attempts, it was rather windy outside which through the night was slightly frustrating.

Lift was unfortunately down but was informed of this prior so wasn’t a total surprise.

Lovely hosts and location, few minor problems.

The hosts were friendly and the apartment was spacious and decorated nicely.

The bathroom light did not work & Some of the blinds were missing in the bedroom so in the morning the light was coming through which made it hard to sleep. Few minor problems with the bedding feeling abit itchy.
