Pleasent stay ... Will come back for sure

The location of the house is the key factor. Every time we kept a voice note, the city hub people responded within few minutes. Weekly housekeeping is a bonus.

The dining chairs are not good.

Another great stay with City Stay apartments

Another excellent stay at this fantastic flat right in the hub clause to my favourite coffee shop. The staff and quality of care they provide is superb. Really detailed information for a smooth check in/check out and really responsive.

Uncomfortable but the place was clean.

It was clean.

I arrived and the temperature of the room was 33.5°. A portalable aircon unit had been left on blowing hot air into the room. After 3 hours the temp of the room was 26°. My night was uncomfortably hot. The blinds were broken so the room was very bright and I woke up at 4am because of this. The bed was very very soft. The mattress was of poor quality.

Not worth the price at all.

Balcony blind broken. So everyone can see you. Couch/Chair was virtually broken. Bed was broken. Shower did not drain very well. So many negatives outweigh the good. The entry to the apartment is overly complicated and does not need to be.

A lot of space. Beds were good and the balcony was useful. Courtyard was really beautiful.

location is great! instructions to pick up the key is so effortless! the communication from Bethany is so simple! love the free biscuits and instant coffee! and they have electric fan provided which is great coz it was farm in the day.

City Stay- Last Minute Saviours

Last minute booking after I had been let down by another host. Very helpful throughout, easy key collection, ensured I had an apartment with a working lift. Price was acceptable. Apartment clean and tidy. City Stay are my new hosts when I'm in MK.

Great location

Absolutely amazing location, close to everything we needed. Apartment was big and we had plenty of room. Awesome views and great to have parking on site.

The beds were so hard it made it a very uncomfortable 3 nights for us all. Curtains would have been nice too as the blinds did little to block the early morning sun. But if you're early risers this isn't an issue.

Smart apartment but poor service

Furnishings and fittings smart and in good order.

Didn't receive check-in instructions until same day. (As I spent the day in an area without reception this meant that I had no idea until I finished work whether I had accommodation.) This is not acceptable. One of the front door locks is completely unserviceable. For the amount of money charged - which surely includes cleaning - guests should not be expected to empty the bins themselves. Fortunately the bin store was easy to find and near my parking bay. However, there is only one bin in the kitchen, so I had to pick through my own bin bag to separate out the recycling. So I had mucky hands before getting in my car! If I hadn't had the forethought to wedge open the internal lobby door with a metal bin when dropping off the keys at checkout, I'd have been locked out and wouldn't have been able to access my car. This shows a complete lack of thought on the party of the building management and rental agencies.
