A pleasant stay in a great location with everything we needed.

Loved the location — right in the city center and super close to a mosque, supermarket, mall, and train station. The apartment is modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, the parking is located in the next block, which means some movement between blocks with a toddler, an infant, and shopping bags. Fortunately, there is a lift in both blocks, which makes it more manageable.

Spacious, bright, contemporary apartment in great location with nice view

The apartment was carpet-free, which was a great bonus. It featured a minimalistic yet functional design, and the bed had an exceptionally comfortable mattress. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allowed plenty of natural light to flood the space. The flat was well insulated from external noise, offering a peaceful stay. One of the highlights was the view: a well-manicured green space centrally located between the surrounding buildings. The apartment’s location was excellent - close to everything I needed. I also appreciated the clear and responsive communication from the owner, as well as the helpful local guide provided by the host.

The apartment was generally clean, though it would benefit from a deep clean—there were small amounts of mould on the window seals and in the bathroom, and some dust on less-used fixtures like the heated towel rail.

Immaculate apartment in great location

Lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a great location. Building and facilities are modern, clean and tidy and the apartment itself is immaculate. It's very large, well maintained, nicely furnished and very well equipped with everything you need for a long stay, as well as nice little extra touches. Claire was a fantastic host. As well as being extremely accommodating with early check-in and late check-out, she checked in with us regularly to make sure that everything was fine. Would highly recommend.

Only small negative was that we had issues with the WiFi throughout our stay; however, I know that Claire was addressing this and expecting to have a new router installed.

Convenient central Milton Keynes location, but needs improved cleaning.

The location is very central to everything in Milton Keynes and close to a large Sainsbury's supermarket and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is accessed via the rooftop garden but does not look over the garden. It has a view to the west out towards the countryside (although there is a parking lot in the foreground). Claire was extremely helpful in getting us an early check in after a transatlantic flight and was there to meet us with the keys and parking pass as promised. She was very responsive to all my questions and a pleasure to correspond with. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony doors can be opened to get fresh air but some traffic noise comes along with that. Having a washer/dryer is a plus but the dryer does not dry the clothes, it just spins them to get a few more drops of water out of them. It's best to use the washer then put them on the drying racks that are provided, or on the radiators if the heating is on. There is a nice large TV in the living area with lots of viewing options including BBC iplayer. The heated towel rail in the bathroom is a nice feature.

The apartment was not as clean as I would have expected. I had to go round with disinfecting wipes and wipe down the top of the waste bin in the bathroom, the fan in the bedroom, the handles on the kitchen cabinets and the microwave. The microwave felt greasy. The fan and the waste bin had not been cleaned in a while since there was a thick layer of dust on both. I noticed as we were leaving that the bluetooth speaker was also covered in congealed dust. I even cleaned some spatter marks off the walls and washed the plastic plant next to the bed because it didn't look clean. I found a long black hair (not mine) down the side of the bed. The bedroom carpet had not been vacuumed so I had to do that too. In general the appliances are on the well-used side. The stove top would benefit from a deep clean with a glass top stove cleaner. It has cooking deposits from past tenants all over it. All the stainless steel areas, like the backsplash behind the stove, the faucets, the kitchen sink, the soap dispenser in the bathroom, were all horribly streaky after being "cleaned". Again some stainless steel cleaner would give a more polished and welcoming appearance to the apartment. There are not a lot of plates/cutlery etc provided and one plate and one bowl had a chip in them. The towels are thin and we were only provided with one set for a week's stay (Claire did say to let her know if we needed more but it would be better to just provide an extra set), and one tiny bar of soap and a minimum of toiletries. The apartment could benefit from some hooks to hang coats on, and hooks near the shower to hang your bath towel on so it's near to hand. The accommodation is overall about equivalent to a 3 star but could be improved with some simple upgrades and additional care and attention given to proper cleaning and details.

Excelent stay.

Property had everything we wanted, smart tv with all the apps, kitchen fully equipped, great views from the balcony got to see some nice sunsets. It even came with a Bluetooth speaker to play some wicked tunes, nice comfy and cosy apartment very clean too. Claire was super friendly, and super helpful went above her way to make sure we had a good stay, will definitely be staying here again in future.

I would very highly recommend

The flat is lovely, clean and spacious. Claire was very helpful and attentive. The balcony is also huge and so lovely, as well as the communal rooftop garden for the flats. The flat is also only a 15 minute walk from MK Central and right next to a big sainsburys and lots of restaurants and bars!

Honestly just wish I could've stayed longer, or visited in the summer as it was a bit chilly really enjoy the balcony and rooftop garden.

this apartment was just everything. The location was fantastic as it’s in central Milton Keynes so you have access to a lot of facilities. The apartment was really clean and beautiful. It had a lot of amenities. Claire was amazing ! She was so helpful throughout my stay & I really would love to come back because of this. I would 100% recommend this apartment if you want to stay in Milton Keynes, you won’t regret it. It’s such a beautiful apartment place and I loved the views. Everything was just so perfect
