The property doesn’t look anything like the images used for the listing. There aren’t even enough blinds hanging to cover the windows. The main balcony door is broken and leaves a big draft to the living room, plus adding a huge safety risk to the children. It’s badly damaged with cracked skirting boards, toilets broken, lights damaged. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s a fraudulent listing and we feel completely robbed. The customer services number blocked us after they refused to fix the issues. Mirim on the end of the email replies wouldn’t resolve our issues and blamed the postal delay. They are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional.

Location was great, secure parking.
Arrived on the 7th floor of the building, stepped out of the lift and i thought i was in Jamaica (the heat). Cant speak for the whole buiding but Its under some sort of construction on the 7th foor and it looks awful and didnt feel safe. Large gap on the bottom of the front door, botched flooring in the hallway feels soft and unsafe in some parts. Cleaning of the property was not very good. I had to go to sainsbury for rubber gloves, bleach and antibacterial wipes and give the place a clean so we felt comfortable. I definitely left it cleaner and more presentable than how it was received. Iron was filthy, mould inside the water compartment, cracked mirror, cracked windows, toilet in main bathroom broken, black stains on bedroom and living room carpet and they got the audacity to ask for £150 deposit, for what exactly? You clearly dont maintain the property. Oh and almost forgot the batteries in the remote dont work! Beds were presentable and clean, although didnt check the mattress. Also blinds need replacing a load missing, people in the apartment opposite are able to see into the apartment.

The flat was not as clean as expected but all credit to the host who got it sorted very quickly. These things happen. That aside, no complaints at all.

The location is good and the off street parking is convenient.
The apartment is in a state of bad repair, damaged walls, stained carpet, broken dining chairs, damaged and missing window blinds. Windows are propped open using coat hangers. Television did not work. There was a huge crack in the sliding mirror wardrobe door. Chipped crockery, and a soiled bath mat was left behind. Lots of opened and unsealed food that should have been removed. Overall, very disappointing for the cost.

There was no breakfast. The apartment was spacious with a good view.
The logistics of obtaining the key and the opening tag were formidable and I ended up staying the first night in another place. An exchange of emails was unhelpful. Why were not efforts made to contact me by WhatsApp? Detailed instructions were withheld until I had paid a deposit (interestingly after I explained the difficulties making the transfer of 150 pounds, the information was in fact emailed - so this is an inconsistent policy on their behalf). In any case, having to pay an extra deposit of this nature in as well advance full 2 nights’ accommodation seems unreasonable if not illegal. By then my mobile battery was running out and it was getting late. It was very stressful. The emailed instructions were suboptimal in any case. The following morning someone contacted me by WhatsApp and helped. It was of note that there were three sets of lock boxes in what was a somewhat dilapidated area (pictures) behind a carpark. The photo of the lockbox was out of date, which also made locating the appropriate lock box difficult. In addition the locking technology was very antiquated being the same that I used to lock my bicycle chain 30 years ago!
The biggest problem with the property (not that the above is a small problem) was the extreme heat. The maximum outside temperature on the day I gained entrance to the property was 27 degrees. The temperature in the lounge room of the property was 33.5 degrees in the evening. The temperature was marginally lower in the bedrooms but even lying naked on the bed the heat made it difficult to sleep. The next morning when the temperature outside was below 20, the temperature in the lounge room was still 29.5 degrees! The bottom line is that the apartment is a greenhouse and is uninhabitable if the maximum temperature is much over 25 degrees. Air conditioning was not present. The curtains in the lounge room were old and did not keep the light (nor the heat) out . The furniture was worn out with one of the table chairs being broken.

The condition of the apartment is in very bad state. Needs a total revamp and in some cases for safety, things need to be fixed (bedroom window that is heavily cracked on the 7th floor is daunting and the internal coating of the microwave is cracked and missing)
Heating controller doesn’t work, cooker knobs missing or fall off, scorch marks on carpets, bad limescale shower fittings, door handles pulled away from doors, doors delaminating, dust clumps in light shades, sticky grease marks around cooker hob, yellow stained and lumpy pillows, access lifts that don't always work, cracked walls above skirtings, pencil writing on door frames and a general horrible odour throughout the building and apartment.
If I were staying here for pleasure then I would have left the first night, as it was for work, we gave the place a clean the first night and beared with it the remainder.

The heating didn't work, the apartment was not clean, the owners were not helpful ,and promised a refund which hasn't been followed up I expect a full refund . I can show you pictures of which I sent the owner of how in our opinion is not of the standard advertised LUXURY.
It ruined our annual sister Christmas get together of which we look forward to each December.

Great location for the bowl, nice and clean and spacious. staff allowed us to drop our bags a few hours early which was very helpful. plenty towels and beds were comfy.
Few things spoiled it for us unfortunately. location of lockbox directions needs updating as the road they mention is closed off, took us a lot of stress and messages and google
maps to work out where it was.
windows only open a crack and with full floor to ceiling windows across one side it was like a greenhouse in august. one fan wasn’t really enough. this was throughout the corridor and lifts so not unique to the flat.
missing blinds totally in one bedroom only a curtain which was useless at keeping out the light. blinds in living room also missing.
2nd bedroom when we stripped the bedding had no mattress protector on it and the mattress was awful with stains and such like.
but biggest bug bearer was having no hairdryer despite it being advertised. coming down on a flight and having long hair, in the hot and sweaty apartment a shower was a must both days so had to leave my hair to dry naturally which was annoying.
shame as it could have been so much better with these things looked at.

So many issues - the lounge window wouldn't close and the wind blew the blinds around, the heating didn't work so the combination led to a very uncomfortable evening. Doors looked like they had been forced and had no catches, the TV didn't work, and the kettle was very dirty. After complaining we were moved to a better apartment though it only had one bathroom and not two.

It was very convenient in the hub. Nice and warm
Crack in the window. Crack in the bedroom mirror. Only a few glasses not a good selection at all. Rubbish in the bathroom bin. Silicon at the back of toilet coming off. Not enough cutlery. Dirty used sponge . Sides of cupboard either side of the extractor fan dirty. Stacking coffee tables very dusty had to clean them ourselves. The bathroom towel was smelly. Only 1 tea towel left so not very impressed at all.

Not clean. Filthy towels, mould in the bathroom and inside the washing machine, The floor was dirty, Hair on beds, parking fob was not working in the beginning and finding the parking is not as described in the instructions sent.
The furniture is old and almost broken. No hair dryer, couple of the table lamps.not working, no tvs in any room unlike the misleading pictures. The kettle was filthy. Kitchenware, in general, is old and looked bad. Some scattered vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumbers) in the kitchen drawers.
Blinds doesn't move by pulling the cable. You have to pull them by hand firmly, which might break them.
When I asked about all the broken things and dirty apartments I was told to cancel the booking and not get a refund.
In summary I paid 300 for 2 nights which I shouldn't pay more than 50 per night for this condition.

Comfortable and good location
Key access was difficult. Finding the lockbox with the key was confusing as we were new to the area and we had to ask several people how to get there.
The rental was overpriced and the check out times very inflexible. We stayed for 3 night's and 2 days but were charged for 3 days and 3 nights and told that there was absolutely no extension for the check out time at 11am on the 3rd day morning though the payment and booking was taken for the whole day. Felt overcharged.
The cleaning charges were unjustified as we kept the apartment very clean.

Blocked shower drain. Dirty glasses. Smashed window. Couldn’t adjust oven temperature. Key fob for garage didn’t work so we couldn’t park. Messaged repeatedly about this but nobody bothered to respond. Lifts didn’t work so a 7 floor hike

Perfect location, walking distance to most of places of interest in MK. Very helpful host, responded quickly to any questions we had. Despite being in the middle of town it was VERY quiet at the property. WiFi was fine and the TV had a good selection of channels available.
We had a very comfortable week here, the property has some usual wear and tear inside but nothing important.

The location
We paid extra to stay in what was supposed to be a deluxe apartment. However it was far from deluxe, and vastly overpriced compared to other deluxe apartments we’ve stayed.
The beds were standard IKEA jobs, very squeaky. The pillows were of very poor quality; we had to use the pillows from both bedrooms, just to try and get enough comfort to sleep. Door to the master bedroom is broken. Furniture was bashed and chipped, a drawer full of wires, routers and goodness knows what else. The radiator in the spare room, was covered in rust.
The TV in the spare room (why not have it in the master room?) didn’t work at all. we tried various remotes and changed batteries (yes it was turned on at the socket) but to no avail.
Internet was absolutely shocking. Not the actual wifi dropping but the internet itself. If you’re planning on working or trying to watch a film, don’t.
Both showers in the en-suite and main bathroom need looked at. The pressure was awful and the water went from piping hot to freezing cold, every few seconds. The bath has a major safety issue with no grab rails. The shower door in the en-suite is filthy with mould in the cracks.
Very basic items in the kitchen. No jug, sieve, whisk etc, only two fork for an apartment that sleeps six. Preparation knives were blunt to the point of buying our own. The non-stick has worn off the pans so things stick if you don’t keep a close eye. In my opinion, they need replaced. The plug doesn’t fit the sink (too small) so soaking pots wasn’t possible.
The apartment is expected to be left clean but no cleaning products are provided so you need to do what you can with a paper towel and washing up liquid.
The property is in much need of an overhaul to bring it up to deluxe standards. Cracks down the walls and the kitchen floor, holes in the wall where the TV should be. We were incredibly disappointed having paid so much money for what was supposed to be a special weekend.
