Over 20 Bedbugs nightmare!!!

15min walk to city centre

I had to leave this hotel at …. Due to extremely bad bed bugs. It wasn’t safe to stay there especially as I have a child with me. Reception was unmanned at that time so I couldn’t compliant to them and the next day when I went back and spoke to the hotel they didn’t even apologise or do anthing about it.

The hotel itself is spotless—everything was extra clean, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was simply wonderful, offering a delicious variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day right. The location couldn’t be better! Nestled in the city park by the river, it’s a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the bustling city center. In just three minutes, you can reach charming cafés, lively bars, and the famous nightlife district, as well as top restaurants. Despite being so close to all the action, the hotel is incredibly quiet, offering cosy and well-designed rooms for a restful night’s sleep. For the quality of service, comfort, and unbeatable location, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

During my 4 days I met very helpful and kind people. Amazing hospitality . The cleanliness, facilities and peace of the room were really nice. The location of the hotel seems to be far from the center, but the forest next to it is perfect for relaxing. It's safe city, you can go anywhere you want at night

It was clean and big.

Dated and an odd mix of furniture aesthetics. Also the emergency phone number worked, but no one picked up when we lost our key at night. luckily we found it later. Parking was kind of rough, cars park behind you so kind of hard to park. But they do have parking which was nice.
