    Absolutely beautiful hotel. Massive rooms looking over the gardens with super comfortable beds and amenities. The staff were impeccably attentive especially the distinguished gentleman behind the club bar who made my daily espresso martini to perfection! While not quite in the ‘heart’ of ebisu, the interconnection with the garden park sky walk made getting to ebisu station and all the restaurants seamless - even in the rain! Room service was special. They bring all the meals into the room and set it up directly on the table like a restaurant - even have a cart with them to pour the draft beer directly in the room. Lovely old world charm.

    Seriously for Tokyo standard this is pretty bad. Services are terrible. Simple task like asking for water that never came. TWICE !!! No point to book here unless u only want bigger room. Or else you got plenty of other better choices in Tokyo

    大切な人のお誕生日で利用させていただきました。 お部屋にシャンパンとフルーツ、カードがあり感激いたしました。フラワーショップでお部屋に飾るお花のご相談させていただいた時も、とても親切なご対応くださいました。 とても大切な日が良い思い出になりました。また利用させていただきたいと思うホテルでした。

    we love our suite and also the toiletries are the best in Japan hotels. They have Sholayered which is a great brand I never heard of. I happened to forget my face wash so I used the products and omg they’re amazing.
