    I was very impressed with the facility. The staff were immensely polite, bilingual and helpful. It was in a great location to Ebisu station. I would highly recommend for families.

    The location was convenient with nearby shopping options, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout the stay. Facilities were excellent, including a clean bathroom and reliable hot water, which made for a restful experience. The only downside was the smaller room size, but overall it offered good value for the price.

    Good location, clean and very new. They provide REFA products for use and room is spacious and cost. The only con for me is that the hotel is surrounded by oily eateries like Yoshinoya and somehow the oil smells gets into the room several times a day.
