    I really love this hotel. Location is very strategic near to Ebisu Station only 2 minutes walks. The hotel is clean and smells good. I love the sauna, it was so relaxing after walking for the whole day, go to sauna and sleep well like a baby. Overall I recomend this hotel for all solo traveler.

    I stayed in this cabin before and loved it. Either the staff have changed or I have become more intolerant of inconveniences and grumpy staff. The structure and facilities of this cabin are not designed for large groups of people, and the elevator is constantly in use as all the floors use the same one. Since the shower and sleeping areas are on different floors, you will have to wait up to five minutes just to go up or down one or two floors. The corridor where the bags are stored is very narrow, and people are constantly arguing about who gets to use the space to repack their suitcases. If someone is repacking in the middle of the corridor, it's pretty hard to reach your locker if it's at the far end. The temperature on each floor is set pretty high, so if you're sensitive to temperatures above 25°C, you'll constantly wake up in a sweat. The curtain doesn't block the central light, so if you're sensitive to noise, light or temperature, you probably won't get much rest there. Ear plugs won't save you from snoring neighbours either, as all the cabins are interconnected and you can literally feel the vibrations from someone snoring in the next cabin. So, if you are sensitive, like people with autism or ADHD, I would absolutely not recommend staying in this place. It also looks like the cleanliness of this place has suffered through the years. There are some pieces of rubbish everywhere as people leave things behind them. Since cleaning is only done once a day, if you arrive after someone else, you will find a dirty place with lots of hair in the shower, band aids left on the floor or sink, and so on.
