For the location and access to JR rail. Also the rooftop bar was amazing view of Tokyo.

Great location and facilities
Rooms are way too small had 2 large suitcases that didn’t fit in room and bed was very uncomfortable felt like sleeping on floor

location is excellent. The room was larger than expected and a corner space, with large windows on two sides. That is unusual for hotels in tokyo at this price range. Interior was well fitted out and comfortable. It is not a budget hotel exactly, however the value for price is very good.
