Worst experience in Mexico, by far.

The cleaning lady was very helpful. And that’s it, nothing else.

Everything, the price, the cleanliness, the noise, the bathroom, the shower, the carpet was so dirty that my sneakers got “glued” to it, the water in the shower had no pressure, and it was 5 seconds hot and 5 seconds ice cold, impossible to take a pleasant bath, the towels seemed like an old rag, please save your money, and your mental health, stay away as far as possible from this place.

The outlets in my room were broken. I would put my cube in all the way and it wouldn’t even enter the outlet and charge my device super slow. That was the only disappointing part.

Awesome hotel for a great price. Exceeded my expectations by far.

The hotel is very nice and has awesome beds. Every room has everything that is needed and more (couch, lazyboy, bed tables, huge TV, USB wall outlets).

Some of the furniture look a bit old and the closets, made with painted wood seemed very odd and out of place. The bathrooms are very good but the water pressure on the shower varies randomly.

Very helpfull service staff, personalized attention!

Location is outside the city center, good for my purpose, avoiding traffic. Furniture outdated, but acceptable. Rooms are clean and spacy. You can ask for breakfast to go. You can also ask for Mini-fridge if you stay longer. Food delivery accepted! Restaurant unfortunately with limited international menu.

REGULAR.

La comida es buena, mantienen la limpieza del lugar y el personal en general es amable. El lugar es agradable para estar un rato en áreas verdes, y es rápido y accesible llegar al hotel.

Los precios del restaurante son caros y el servicio es muy tardado, el WiFi en las habitaciones es pésimo, por más que te acerques al modem no llegará buena señal como para trabajar. La alberca (que fue uno de los motivos principales por la que escogimos este hotel) todo el día está HELADA, se supone que tienen calentador solar, pero a ninguna hora aunque el Sol esté intenso, se calienta la alberca.
