I booked two rooms for me and my family, for a whole week. Our experience was not great. The room offered a shuttle bus from and to the airport, but when trying to get it to be dropped off at the airport the front desk said it was not applicable since we didn’t book it directly with them. Second, there was no refrigerator, no Ice machine or disposable cups. Third, since there is also a Casino in the first floor anyone can walk in, the area where the guests stay had no security door. I noticed they have tenants that live there and they did have a security door. Fourth, food service is very slowwww. Fifth, the shower bathroom faucet was very old and it splattered everywhere when in use. Sixth, TV was not just a turn on and off bottom, you had to press various buttons in order to get in use and if by any chance you pressed on the wrong button it disconfigued the whole TV. For the price me and my family paid this hotel was not worth it.

Do not stay here. WARNING Leak in my room. Went I came back at night my clean clothes were wet because a leak in the ceiling. Beds were not made, no toilet paper. No hot water because power went off. No refund was offered at least for the night of all those incidents. No empathy from the staff as I explained what was going on. At 11pm I had to switch rooms. There is no carts to carry your luggage and no help. Remote control in both rooms kept acting up and twice I had to have someone go check it out. Expedia gave me a small credit because the hotel did not offered anything. It is very loud at nights.

Apparently the cleaning lady makes notes while going in to your room to clean of wherever they see as a possible charge $ The day I checked like 2 minutes after I left the room the cleaning lady arrived to the desk holding a stained towel that I left in the room, is just suspicious to me how fast she got to the desk with a towel pretending to be the stained one.. I felt unsafe for a minute thinking they spy on you.. so NO I will not stay there again for that specific reason.

There are no windows, and you only have a cristal to nowhere, however, still light enters the room. Dirty sheets, limited and old towels, terrible customer service. The hardest mattress I've ever sleep.
