Excelente en cuanto a seguridad, acceso a tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes a los que puedes llegar caminando sin ningún problema. Se ubica en una zona muy tranquila.

Dans un quartier sécurisé et proche des bus pour aller visiter les alentours. Et proche du supermarché Borrega.
Très peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et pas de wifi.

Buena ubicación, fácil de llegar, privada con mucha seguridad, si tienes algún evento en teatro CEDRUS este es el mejor lugar que podrías usar, personal muy atento y amable.
Baño compartido e internet muy muy MUY DEMASIADO EXAGERADAMENTE LENTO, yo solo fui a dormir entonces no tuve problema pero si lo piensas usar para trabajo remoto este no es el lugar.

La ubicación bien, con seguridad y tranquilidad
Las personas que están a cargo del acceso en la unidad, déspotas, mal encarados y groseros, no solo negaron el acceso sino con despotismo que no había ninguna casa zen en esa unidad habitacional, hasta que localicé al encargado o dueño y vino (aunque tardo en llegar), y el me dio el acceso levantado las plumas .
