Location was good, my daughter enjoyed the swimming pool a lot.

That there´s no restaurants in the hotel, we arrived on December 31st with the idea of having great dinner which was impossible. Uber eats was saturated and haven´t enough drivers to provide service, the restaurants near the hotel are closed at 20:00 hs. What time is supossed to have dinner people in there, at 06:00 pm?

I didn’t like that sometimes they didn’t change the bed shits and they would forget to stock stuff. Food was bad always the same cooked different way. Also the fist night security went to our room and knocked because my 2 year old was loud :(.

Hubo personal que no le gustaba que en la tarde noche bajar a mi familia a jugar juegos de mesa en el área del comedor, ya que nos indicaban que si dejábamos sucio teníamos que limpiar y que no nos podíamos estar riendo por la situación del juego que teníamos ya que en dos o tres ocasiones llegaron a callarnos mientras nosotros nos divertíamos y fue un poco molesto la situación ya que no nada más fue mi familia, sino a otras familias, que también estaban conviviendo en la parte del lobby y en la en las mesas
