No breakfast available with this accommodation. However as part of this deal the staff do leave complementary breakfast snacks and treats with hot and cold drinks in the fridge. Such as cereal, OJ, water and tea/coffee.
I could not open the window wide enough to circulate air in my room during the recent heatwave. Nor could I close the window fully to keep out traffic noise pollution.

Loved the car outside, had the downstairs room , comfy double bed, Lovely shower/ sink toilet area, little fridge, stocked up daily with enough to set you up before lunch, Carbis beech one of the best beeches in cornwall, 15 mins walk down hill, 20/25 mins back up, depending on a rest, ps was 26c sun on my stay, if your lucky you can get car in nx to beech £10. 😁

Beechwood House is in Carbis Bay and we enjoyed being a little out from St Ives itself. It was a nice, quiet area but with good facilities nearby. There were buses not far down the road and the train station down the hill. The beach at Carbis bay is beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the breakfast items supplied every day. Our hosts were lovely, supportive, and made us feel very comfortable.
