Excellent accommodation, very clean, fresh, modern & had everything you needed. Fabulous breakfast served by the lovely owners Pete & Heidi.
Great location for coast path walks to St. Ives & Carbis Bay & on bus route.
Struggled a little with the traffic noise but that’s because we are used to complete silence where we live.
This wouldn’t affect a lot of people and we did know that it was on the St.Ives road when we booked.

The location is great! it’s not too far from the beach, supermarket nearby and also free parking. The surrounding garden around the property is also really nice.
It didn’t feel very private, it very much felt like you are staying at somebody else’s house. The bed was very uncomfortable and also the shower and then sink were very dirt when we first arrived.
