Ten Ocean View

Owner was very helpful and responsive, addressed a minor issue very quickly. The location was excellent, on the 'better' beach in my opinion and good to access good spots

room we had faced inwards, would have been ideal if facing beach but was a quick step out and okay

The location is beautiful, beautiful sea view, 10 min walk to the beach and close to the town centre.

Entry into the building was smelly because of the bin by the stairs. Coming back to the property after a wonderful day out to be hit with the rotting smell was a downer.

I absolutely loved the location. It was so close to Porthmeor Beach and Tate St Ives, which made exploring St Ives so easy. The property was beautiful, comfortable and had such a lovely atmosphere. Everything I needed for my stay was well thought out, and I really enjoyed waking up to such beautiful surroundings.

Honestly, I didn’t have any major dislikes. I had a lovely and comfortable stay and everything worked well for me.

Room clean and tidy and bed comfortable.

Fridge was very small, and milk cartons out of date. Unable to open windows fully as no privacy unless blind fully down. Disappointed no fan in room especially with warm weather. Tried contacting property however went straight to voicemail. High noise volume from neighbours in the morning with music playing on one day at 8am. Garden was uncared for and not welcoming with what looked like broken furniture. Very annoying to have a van parked infront of the property everyday, having to squeeze past and especially difficult when unloading/ loading the car.
