As it was advertised, checked in early as room was ready, very clean with extra touches… Biccys for the dog, a fan in the room and Cornish pasty scatter cushions. Good info for local area, inc parking and place for brekie.

Property was well maintained and convenient location to town center. Room was clean and very good size. I'd definitely rebook again in the future!

Room was the perfect size for a family/group of four. Clean space and hosts were so kind and helpful, and were accommodating to our late check in time. Lots of resources and recommendations were provided upon arrival. Location was absolutely spectacular, walking distance to all areas of downtown St. Ives but slightly removed so as to avoid the crowds and noise. We had an amazing stay here and will be back!
