This property presents very well. It is nicely decorated and our room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the surfing beach and coastal walking paths. The owners Gavin and Charlotte are very welcoming and non-intrusive. You’re given a wide choice for breakfast, with the porridge being divine.

Our hosts were attentive and very accommodating. The space was very clean and designed in a charming way which reflected the culture of the area. We enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast and the warm atmosphere. We highly recommend this place for a visit to St. Ives and the nearby sites.

Clean room with excellent amenities and a good variety offered at breakfast. Our hosts were very helpful in every way possible. This is an English B&B, so don't expect modern / European hotel styles. With that caveat, overall excellent and a pleasantly comfortable bed. The only bit of warning is that while there is a large public parking area 1.5 blocks away with a very good price for an entire week, finding a place can be a challenge. We were there outside of high season and still struggled in the early evenings after returning from day trips in the Cornwall countryside.
