Location was exceptional! One minute walk to Porthmeor Beach and two minutes walk to all the shops/bars/restaurants. The room was very clean and modern. Comfy bed and shower was great. Good WiFi and TV options. The host was very welcoming and allowed me to drop off my bags much earlier and also helped me by posting back my mobile phone which I left behind!
It’s a beautiful old building which comes with thinner walls so expect to be aware of other guests or neighbours. The room is modern, the bathroom is bijou with a small sink.

Location was great, close to the painting school and beaches. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Owners quickly responded to rectify a small issue.
The room was small, washbasin was tiny. For the price, I would have expected a hairdryer and better quality complementary toiletries
