Nice decent rooms, good breakfast, ample parking, friendly staff. Nice leafy calm environment around the property.
Everything was good, rooms a little warm but we were in a bit of a heatwave.

It’s reasonable for Bath

The price was the main selling point. We only needed a short stay and this room was fine. Breakfast was included as well, but it was very busy and required a lot of queuing.
The bed was not a double bed - it was cramped with 2 of us in it. I ended up sleeping on the floor. The rooms were not very soundproof. So expect to hear your neighbours slamming their doors throughout the night.
