The Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos are the sovereign waterfront lodging choice for your Lake Erie island getaway. Are vacations becoming too expensive? Then you need to check us out! This lovely unit resides on some of the most prime Lake Erie real estate. It is the newest unit built on Put-In-Bay, opened in July 2016.
This upper level unit has three bedrooms, two full baths, a large lakeside deck, and has a capacity of up to tenguests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. The fully equipped kitchen comes capable of satisfying the cook of your group. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was such a perfect find, it had a gorgeous view of the lake that truly looked like the ocean (especially in the morning!) The double balcony was so nice, and the entire space was very comfortable and clean. The washer and dryer were easy to figure out, and the poolhouse staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations for food and birdwatching spots! It was extremely convenient to be able to rent the golf cart for our entire stay through here as well, but the condo itself is located just down the road from plenty of golf cart and bike rentals, so I had no worries about finding something. It was so easy to get to from the ferry, and being by the airport made it very easy to navigate to and from any point of the island. We'd love to stay here again in the future! Full stars from us!

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except we had a balcony that was not able to be used ... the railing was completely missing and there was a small rope in place of it with a sign on the door that said do not use and a piece of wood trying to keep it closed. The main issue with this was the fact that it was not disclosed or informed when booking and we still paid a full price.

We had a very comfortable bed and the patio furniture was exceptional quality! The condo was clean and the AC was perfectly cool. We had everything that we needed in this condo for three couples. The pool could have used some more cleaning. We were too afraid to get into the pool because it wasn't 100% clear. I think it needed treated. The staff was great! Checking in and out was great! And it's perfectly located to the Miller Ferry.

Our condo was clean and in good repair and we enjoyed all aspects of it. We needed a little help with the TV setup but someone came and helped right away and he was very professional. It was easy to drive our car to the village center for dining out and entertainment. We had a parking space each time we returned to the condo, so I think it's completely reasonable to bring your own vehicle.

They are clean, spacious, and amazing location. Away from the hustle and bustle so it is quiet, but also close by everything. The kitchen included all the promised amenities where we enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast. The weather was beautiful which allowed us to enjoy the heated pool on-premise. We were able to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers game while enjoying views of Lake Erie. This location was ideal to Millers ferry ,Mother of Sorrows church , the historical sights and all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Only problem is we couldn't hear ourselves talk due to the partiers on the left and down below. Little disappointed in the lack of complementary necessities. Only 2 wine classes, no sugar or coffee items and tissues in case you forget. Great staff, pool looked nice but we did not use. Overall, very nice place to rent.

We had a large group and this condo fit all of us perfectly! We stayed in 109 and 209…total of 20 of us! Everyone was comfortable and the condos worked great for us…golf carts on site are convenient except upon departure…if using the ferries…still have to get a ride to the condos and then back then when leaving back to ferry…it worked out fine but it would be a great additional amenity if there was a way to get back to ferry without a taxi or another cost…GREAT CONDOS!!!! You will not be disappointed in staying here. For a visit to PIB!!!

We loved the condo location, space, having 2 decks, convenience of golf cart rental, and having a pool. Our only complaint is the after hours help. We could not get our TVs to work, called twice, and never heard from anyone until 8:30 the next morning. Luckily we figured it out. Very disappointing to not have someone to answer questions after hours.

Pros Away from downtown but close enough Nice pool and views But it stops there…. Cons Condo is filthy - take a shower walk around and look at the bottoms of your feet. Baseboards are covered in dirt. Patio furniture covered in cobwebs and bird doo Master bed is extremely uncomfortable- like being on a blow up raft TVs are impossible to figure out and there are no instructions Dryer didn’t work Leak in ceiling has water coming down through lights in kitchen We still had a fun week at Put in Bay but would not return to these condos

Inside looked clean for the most part, but it smelled like weed. The front of the building was fine. It was landscaped and taken care of... Behind the property was pretty bad though. There were dead fish & snakes, the dock is dilapidated and I’m desperate need of repair. The staff was friendly and honored all our requests, but we had called so many times about little things being missing/broken that we felt bad calling back over and over. They were short staffed and we wanted to only call in for priorities. Comforters, walls, & baseboards were very dirty. Sinks drain poorly. Water pressure isn’t great.

I realize the condos cannot control the mayflies, however it would have been nice to have the option of having the decks cleared off each morning so we could use them. The decks were completely unusable for our whole trip, and we would have happily let in someone to clean them off. Other than that we had a really great time, as usual!

Condo was clean and in great location, loved the balconies on the water. Beautiful grounds, large pool, lots of grills and picnic tables. Only downside was kitchen lacked grill utensils, large cooking pot and mixing bowls. Bobbi at condo was awesome, he got us grill utensils and a stock pot within the hour. I left a note for cleaning people, oven needed scrubbed...we made fries and it smelled up the whole place and when you opened oven door the smoke alarm went off (which on the flip side was a good thing, showed it was working well!). I would definitely recommend this condo, it was an overall wonderful experience!
