About this apartment rental

The Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos are the principal waterfront lodging choice for your Lake Erie island getaway. Put the pedal to the metal and get on over here to Put-in-Bay. There are no other rentals on Put-in-Bay with such an impressive and expansive view of the water as you relax out on your lakeview back deck. This lovely unit resides on some of the most prime Lake Erie real estate. It is the newest unit built on Put-In-Bay, opened in July 2016.
This lower level unit has four bedrooms, two full baths, a large lakeside deck, and has a capacity of up to ten guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. The fully equipped kitchen comes capable of satisfying the cook of your group. Whip up a hearty breakfast or delectable dinner, all while saving some money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. Place was clean and spacious, everyone in our group loved having their own room after a long night out. The patio looking out to the lake was great every morning and evening to settle down and relax. Would highly recommend as it's nice to be away from the downtown area but also close enough to be near everything.

Paul was a great host , helpful, and quick to answer any questions we may have had...... I spent a good bit of time on the back deck and you couldnt convince me i was still in ohio..... I would absolutely recommend the place ! We will surely be back

First, the couch in the main interior seating area was uncomfortable as it was broken. It needs to be replaced. The outdoor GFI outlet on the deck did not work and also needs to be replaced. Finally, outdoor speakers should be prohibited at the pool as some renters blasted their music there for an entire afternoon. In addition to being loud, the music contained obscene and profane lyrics not suitable for the children playing in the pool.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed at many places on South Bass Island over the years and this is the best so far. Plenty of space for our family of 10. The deck and waterfront view was the best part. We do a lot of cooking & the only complaint was unable to open Dishwasher fully, due to layout & blocked by oven door. So we hand washed everything. Plus bare minimum kitchen utensils (no serving or mixing spoons?)Plenty of grills available, but all dirty so we cleaned thoroughly before use. Next time we plan to use the on-site golf cart rental, rather than going into town to rent our carts.

The deck was nice once we were able to use (wish it was screened in) due to the mayflies. The pool was clean. We rented golf carts which is great for getting around the island. One issue was the puddle if water that was always right outside the door into our condo.

We had an amazing time in PIB. The condo worked well with our group. I highly recommend getting your golf cart with them. We loved hopping on and off and having it on location. The views were amazing each morning from the kitchen/living area. Tip! Bring a few rolls of paper towels. They didn't have any towels in the kitchen. Great location and a great time with friends hanging in the kitchen area or balcony when we were not out and about in PIB.

Would like to come back after COVID rules are lifted and places will be open later. But all in all we had a great time and didn’t mind spending a lot of time right at the Condos since they were roomy and nice.

The condo was somewhat surface clean. We could not find a broom or mop. The laminate floor was clean of debris however when we took or shoes off and walked on it our feet became black with dirt and the kitchen floor was sticky. The baseboards were very dusty and dirty in the bathrooms. The space between the washer and dryer was filled w/lint balls. Shower liners need to be replaced. Just needs a deep cleaning. I have pictures if needed. Can opener broken, No wine /bar glasses one pot holder
