This lower level unit has four bedrooms, two full baths, a large lakeside deck, and has a capacity of up to ten guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited for a short stay with a family of 5. Place was very large with lots of room and exactly as pictured if not better. Place had just about everything you would need for a short or weeklong stay and we had no complaints. Best part was the large deck over the lake provided fantastic views and enough room for everyone to gather. The kids enjoyed the pool and having plenty to watch on TV at night. Place was very clean and washer and dryer were a big plus, just remember to bring detergent.Location was quiet yet close to everything, just a short 5 minute golf cart ride to store, bars, restaurants, ferry and entertainment. Would recommend especially if traveling with a large group or multiple families.

There were 10 of us that stayed at this property and we were very happy with our stay. Plenty of comfortable sleeping room and our favorite was the back patio and table. The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time playing games on the patio. The mayflies were terrible this time of year but they were terrible everywhere. I wish the weather was better to enjoy the pool. It looked very nice and well kept. Renting the golf carts on property and riding them around the Island was a highlight, as well. Overall, the Island was beautiful and we had a wonderful time and met everything with ease. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Very close to the Ferry, nice clean pool, golf carts onsite, Very Clean, plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, tissue paper, paper towels & garage bags. Beautiful deck view with plenty of comfortable chairs and table, living-room had a big coffee table, 2 nice leather side chairs and 1 leather couch, nice size kitchen with bar stools, huge 1 queen bedroom upstairs with tv mounted on wall, hallway full sized bathroom, Cons: 2 couches needed in the livingroom along with 2 chairs, Very flat bed pillows, no hooks to hang a towel or coat, 3 bedrooms downstairs with no escape door, but all bedrooms did have windows.(dirty bedroom windows), downstairs bedrooms had no tv’s. WiFi service isn’t the best, so calling the office can be hard. We’ve stayed in both Poolview Condo 1 and Waterfront condo 111 here in 2024 and would definitely stay again.

Already planning to come again next year! Before the trip, the communication with the rental agent team was superb. I asked several questions before the trip and each question was swiftly answered. My only bit of advice to management was the checkout instructions were a little confusing as there were different instructions via text, on the monitor in the condo and emailed.

The golf cart rental process was very easy and smooth. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms that can easily accommodate large groups. Somewhat disappointed in the living area furniture needs to be updated, couch was broken. Bedrooms had very sparse furniture could have used some chairs, dressers or small tables. Needs more lamps in rooms seemed a bit dark. Kitchen could have used more hand towels and basic essentials. Overall we enjoyed our stay especially the covered deck.

Our group has been coming to PIB for several years and love staying at the condos along the shore. The property was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was our first time staying in a downstairs location and you couldn’t even hear anyone upstairs. Fantastic place, love being on the water and we had great weather for the first time! Thank you!

The condo was in a nice location, but lacking many simple things to make it more comfortable - no dressers or even a bench or something g fir your suitcase. 3 hangers in the closet. No decorations to make it feel homey. No table for playing board games or eating (a nice one on the balcony, but didn’t help in bad weather), only 4 chairs at the counter. Have to open the oven door to open the dishwasher. Mostly clean, but walls were dinged up, could see dirt when the light shined on it. Some mold on the bathroom baseboards. It suited our purpose, but we all felt it didn’t justify the price - and we were there during “low season” rates. Without the water view, there wouldn’t be much to recommend it.

Overall, this could have been a great place. The location was nice and the layout worked well for our group (grandparents, parents, and children). Our issues were the following: Cleanliness- the floors were so dirty that we had to wear shoes at all times inside. If we didnt, the soles of our feet were black in a matter of minutes Communication- no consistent message of what was included. One message said linens were included and then 30 minutes prior to checking in I got an app notification that we needed to provide lines and towels for certain beds and baths. Ultimately, there were towels and lines but frustrating communication. Accomodating- frustrating not to be able to check in a bit early (45 minutes) even though the room was clean and the golf cart was waiting in the lot. We had to wait until 4, then call back, to then wait for someone to come give us the instructions and key for the golf cart. Noise- not something that can be greatly controlled but wanted to make others away, we could hear every conversation outside and every footstep of the guests above us. If they moved furniture or chars, which they did frequently, it could be heard in the basement. Again, not something in their control but with small kids it was a bit of an issue. Provided house items- overall, decently stocked but no washer pods for the laundry, no soap or shampoo for bath. All of this is fine but goes back to communicatation. If we had known these items wouldn't be included we would have brought our own, instead of needing to spend time on vacation doing grocery shopping. Overall, we had a nice time but with some minor changes and improved communication this would have been 5 stars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this property to be just as described. The furnishings and decore were nice and in good condition. We especially loved our view of the lake and the back deck with a great gathering table and ample seating for our crowd of ten. It was very convenient to have an outdoor grilling area where we were able to cookout and enjoy the on-site pool as well. The property was very clean, although it’s starting to need some gentle maintenance in the upkeep of paint. There were quite a few walls and corners that need touched up from bangs and chips and the bottom of one of the sliding screen doors onto the deck was completely ripped and needs replaced. The kitchen is stocked with basic necessities and if you are lacking something, we found a quick response from management to bring what was needed. Another note, the three bedrooms are in the downstairs of this unit and it is extremely cold. It was very uncomfortable for the guests sleeping down there. We even turned the thermostat off at night to make them more comfortable, but to no avail. It was a bonus to have a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit as well. All in all, a great time was had by all in our short two-day stay and we look forward to coming back!

We rented two units that were side by side-110 and 111. The view from these places is second to none-if you didn't know where you were, you would be convinced you were on the back of a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. The units were spacious, well appointed and clean. The pool has a great atmosphere. Saturday tends to be a little more rowdy-less kid friendly. The other days are much more quiet and subdued. We had a blast and will be back!

The condo was nice and will be better when construction is complete and they get a thorough cleaning. There were paint chips and dust everywhere, sticky substances on the light switches, someone else's trash on the can in the kitchen. The condo sleeps 12, but there is only seating for 5. Also, stay away from the elevators until they are functional. The doors were open. Very unsafe with children around.

The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with is the cleaning prior to when we arrived. There were a lot of dirty dishes in the dishwasher and fish scales all over the floor. The bathroom upstairs also had empty shooters beside the sink. Being that we were all from out of town and had never been to PUTINBAY, it would have been nice to know that only 3 places were open on the ENTIRE ISLAND!!!!! We spent a lot of money to experience nothing. The staff and locals were great, but it was very disappointing that the online information for nearly the entire island was INCORRECT. Every place besides one that said they were closed for construction said they were open and it was a ghost town. Definitely not worth the money we spent.
