The Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos are the luxurious waterfront lodging choice for your Lake Erie island getaway. You can paddle your own canoe or kayak on the lake side of Put-in-Bay Condos. There are no other rentals on Put-in-Bay with such an impressive and expansive view of the water as you relax out on your lakeview back deck. This lovely unit resides on some of the most prime Lake Erie real estate. It is the newest unit built on Put-In-Bay, opened in July 2016.
This lower level unit has four bedrooms, three full baths, a large lakeside deck, and has a capacity of up to twelve guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. The fully equipped kitchen comes capable of satisfying the cook of your group. Whip up a hearty breakfast or delectable dinner, all while saving some money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of 10 people and was impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the star of the show was by far the deck! It was bigger than I expected and we spent the evenings watching the stars while being lakeside. Golf carts were nice & easy to rent and the kids liked being close to the airport. The only thing was every bedroom had 2 full beds. We went when kids were back in school (later August). Would definitely go back!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall cleanliness and accessibility was adequate. I was very concerned about the safety. We preheated the oven and within seconds it began to smoke excessively. Someone did not clean the bottom of the oven properly and the leftover grease and/or cleaning product began to smolder. When we opened the over door a large plume of smoke filled the entire main floor. We immediately looked for a fire extinguisher and there was not one anywhere to found. We had to grab a towel to help push the smoke out after opening doors and windows. Additionally, it was concerning that the smoke detectors did not activate with the large amount of smoke that filled the rooms. This is a very serious safety concern and no fire safety tools were available to protect my family and other residents in the event that we were not able to keep the situation under control. I never provide reviews but when it comes to safety I am very concerned.

The property provided a nice, quiet, clean stay for us to enjoy the island for a bachelorette weekend. The check in/check out process was efficient and clear. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property, but our time there was comfortable. Thank you for all of the clear instructions!

Reviewer Comments: When we arrive to the location of Island club rentals we were pleasantly surprised because our room was ready way before 4:00 check-in time which was a bonus. The room was clean and there was definitely ample space to accommodate larger groups however on our girls trip it was nice for five women because we all had our own bed and three bathrooms to share which was perfect. Also we rented a six-person golf cart and it was on the premises ready for our immediate use. Would definitely stay here again for any future events that we may have to put in Bay!!

Overall this a very nice place, pricy but nice!

Loved our stay here- plenty of space, clean condo, a beautiful balcony and view and easy check-in process. They provide lots of information for taxis which you will want if you don’t rent a golf cart to get to downtown (you can rent golf carts from them but do so in advance. Pool was very nice which we are not used to at Put-In-Bay!

Only complaint we had was the floor inside our rental was so dirty we had to wear sandals the entire time. I don’t think the floor had ever been cleaned. Swept yes, mopped no. Our socks and feet were absolutely disgusting.

The cleaning staff did an excellent job to insure all areas were spotless. We were their for our mothers 90th birthday and she loved the place, especially the deck view of the lake. Our neighbors were quite rowdy at night BUT this basically being a party area, we were fine with it. They were celebrating and that's what's to be expected. Beside that the area was peaceful and beautiful. All of us would gladly stay at The Waterfront again!

We loved the property!! The only thing that was rough was the parking. There were definitely people that had more than 1 car per condo. We had 1 car and couldn’t even park our car there because all spots were taken 😞 other than that we loved everything else about it! Very clean and loved the view of our balcony as well!
