About this house rental
Aunt Jane’s is in the heart of downtown just behind the Round House! Walk to the Monument, beach, docks, and all the shops, restaurants, pools, bars, and clubs - no cabs or designated driver needed! Bring your own food + drinks and eat better for less! Full kitchen, dining room, three bedrms, one bath w/ tub. We provide pillows, blankets, comforters; you bring sheets and towels. We try to meet or beat the rate of comparable rentals!
NOTE: THIS IS AN APT/TOWNHOUSE, not a stand-alone house.
The space
We welcome families and groups of friends coming to the island to enjoy the special celebration of life that makes Put-in-Bay famous. Our unique location in the middle of all the commercial downtown resorts allows us to accommodate requests and particular needs that other residential rentals often cannot, just let us know what you want. We also have additional apartments and house rentals adjacent to this property for larger groups or if more individual bedrooms are required.
This unit has three bedrooms with one set up as a "convertible" living room. There are 5 queen (aka hotel full) beds and 2 pullout couches or futons. There is a private rear porch, and direct access to the front porch.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, basic utensils and tableware. Dining room has large table with bench seating. There are propane grills with gas supplied and picnic tables available for your use in the shared yard.
The rental includes free wifi, and there is a flat-screen TV with Roku service (please note we are on an island and cannot be responsible for problems related to third-party service providers).
Guest access
Share the huge yard, picnic tables, grills, and porch. One parking space for a vehicle (on the pavement) and one space for a rented golf cart (on the grass) is provided with this rental. Other vehicles will have to park off the property in public parking areas such as the Miller Ferry lot, as available.
Other things to note
You can walk to Aunt Jane's from the Jet Express dock or the Miller Ferry bus depot downtown. We can arrange golf cart rentals for you with our friends down the street.
Rentals cannot break up weekend (Friday and Saturday nights rent together). Some midweek rentals and some holidays require 3-nite minimum.
If the police are summoned to the property due to actions by you or your guests, your entire security deposit may be applied towards penalty, administrative and other managerial costs.

Enjoyed our stay at Aunt Jane's. The apartment was clean and equipped with necessities.
The location is excellent. In close walking distance to Jet Express and the entire downtown area.
