About this house rental

Lakefront Put-in-Bay paradise on 5 acres with over 300 feet of lake frontage. Beautiful views of Kelleys Island, Pelee Island and Cedar Point. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or just relaxing on the large deck. Our home has 2000+ SF of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and will accommodate up to 10 guests. A perfect place for the family to gather. Why would you choose a condo with out of control neighbors when you can have this peacefulness. Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties. Owner operated and maintained.

Our home is located about a mile east of downtown Put-in-Bay on SR 357.(Columbus Ave) The driveway will be on you right hand side. It is the third driveway past Champagne Lane. Look for the Lakefront Farm Sign. Follow the driveway all the way back to the lake.

Our group of friends had the best weekend at Skip’s property! Incredibly private and such a gorgeous property. Communication was excellent and Skip was such an accommodating host. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and amenities. I would love to stay here again!

We have stayed here before. It's the best place on PIB! The house is large with plenty of room and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view of the lake is incredible, and sitting on the deck having a meal and looking out at the water is the best. The owner is nice and helpful.

The 4 bedroom home is located on a private lot with views directly on the lake. The home was well furnished with all we needed. Everything was clean and well organized. Skip, the host/owner, met us for check-in and was very attentive and friendly. The fire ring on the beach was a nice touch! This home is definitely on our list for another stay.

It was our family's first time using personal property for travel instead of a hotel and our first time to Put in Bay. The property manager, Skip, was very helpful to us through the process! His home is very clean and comfortable! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and an 85 lb dog to enjoy. There were more than enough towels provided, the bedding was fresh, the beds and furniture were very comfortable and he provided plenty of dishware to use during our stay. He offers golf cart rental on his property (which turns out, is a must have!) that is both well priced and convenient. We visited several attractions in Put in Bay that are all a short golf cart drive away from the home. For us, the home itself was the best part. We made S'mores over the fire pit near the lake, did some wading and swimming in the lake, freely walked our dog everywhere and the patio even has gates on the ends to close to keep the pup safely nearby when we were too involved in a board game! It was truly a very peaceful and stress free experience. Exactly what we were looking for! Skip is an amazing host and does a fantastic and thorough job maintaining his properties and accommodating his guests, we would 10/10 recommend!!

This is by far the best option on PIB. It has a beautiful lakefront view and a HUGE yard with plenty of privacy. You are far enough away from downtown to avoid all the craziness there, but it's a quick golf cart ride to go have some fun. The kitchen is fully stocked. There's even a blender, toaster, and crockpot. There are also plenty of towels, soap, etc. Best of all, they allow dogs. I would highly recommend. We try to go back every year.

This was the perfect location for a getaway on the island! Close enough to the Boardwalk yet far enough away from all the crowds. We had our very own private beach with a fire ring and enjoyed every minute of the views. Skip was very nice. He was at the property to welcome us and went over details when we arrived. This place even has golf carts to rent which was very convenient for our group. We look forward to going back next year.

This property was a fantastic place for our group from Canada, MI, and my husband and me from Vermilion, OH to stay at during the week! Plenty of room for all 5 of us and the peace and quiet was nice after the hustle and bustle of downtown. Skip was just a text away if we needed anything. Great house, great view and great time!

If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the lake view on Put-in-Bay, this is it! The long lane entrance to the property provides a nice place to nature walk and is home to rabbits, chipmunks, and birds Our host, Skip met us at the house, showed us around and offered his assistance if we needed anything, so checking in was friendly and effortless. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need, but bring ziplocks, foil and plastic wrap if you're staying a while. You can rent golf carts directly from Skip which is a real convenience. If the weather allows, open the windows to enjoy the breeze and soothing sound of the waves hitting the shore. We slept so well with that sound as background noise. Wonderful house, great host and beautiful location. We'll stay here again!

We dont take vacations much because of our crazy stressful work schedules. We stayed for five days and it was the best week. Weather was perfect. Skip was very friendly and was prompt to answer amy questions. Property is exactly as advertised. We hope to make it back up sometime.
