The property is like a little house with 4 rooms, which was perfect for our 9 person family. There is a garden terrace with a beautiful view and trees. The staff comes each morning and sets out breakfast, but also makes you cappuccinos and eggs/omelets if you ask. Great service and staff. There is a hot tub that our kids enjoyed swimming in. Rooms were comfortable but the outdoor space at this property are the real winner.
We had some issues with the AC in some of the rooms. Parking was a little difficult depending on what was available. We were technically in Torello which is underneath Ravello so to get to Ravello was quite a walk up a bunch of stairs.

Very good rooms, great views.
Location a little far from town and hard to park.

Fantastic views, lovely and quiet location, close to Ravello. Cold tub was refreshing. Garden views at breakfast were so lovely
We had the room downstairs which was close to the kitchen so unfortunately were woken each morning by the sounds of staff preparing for breakfast. It would also have been nice for the jacuzzi tub to be set to heat up a little, and the shower head to be replaced. These were not enough to make us unhappy with our stay, but would have made it REALLY special

Absolutely stunning view from the outside sitting area. The room was very clean. The staff were helpful, giving pointers about shuttles and nearby pools that I couldn’t find online. There is a shuttle up for 1.5 euros (it’s only a 15 minute walk but about 350 stairs then up a decent hill - you can do it if you take your time). Breakfast was far far far beyond my expectations for a European hotel.
The first day we got there the hot tub was very dirty, covered in algae, but I noticed they cleaned it on the second day and it was very clean after that.

Room was very cold with airconditioning which was nice, it's also spacious.
There was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the room, coming from the bathroom. It turned out to be a blockage: whenever we let the water run, the smell became unbearable, and eventually the water stopped draining altogether.
We informed the host immediately and even sent her a video. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during our stay, and we decided to leave a day earlier. The host did respond, but mainly with comments such as “oh, we didn’t know” or “we thought it was fixed”. Yet, simply running the water shows the problem clearly and repeatably.
We still enjoyed Ravello, which is a beautiful place, but I expected the issue to be properly addressed for future guests. Despite providing enough information for a solution, nothing was done, and I fear the next visitors will be welcomed by the same bad smell. Quite disappointing.

Lovely and clean b&b
Lovely, welcoming staff
Nice room
Good breakfast
Hot tub available
Quiet location
Beautiful scenery
Breakfast in the garden was a nice touch
Ravello is a stunning location with nice bars, restaurants, villas, ice cream stores, shops in/ off the main square
We felt safe at the b&b and in Ravello
Secure (locked gate to main entrance)
Rooms cleaned daily
Nice touches in the bathroom
Mini bar (chargeable) but necessary at times
Set just a little out of the main square so need to rely on the shuttle bus service (comes every hour- last one back is 10pm and only €1.50pp). There are plenty of taxis and even with the tarrifs displayed, one still tried to charge more which I thought was a little cheeky. You may well be able to walk but this will be very difficult. We are fit but it was a no for us.
Not close to any shops/restaurants/pharmacy etc (to be able to walk on foot for most people) which has its drawbacks if you need something quickly.

Nice view
Avoid. AC didn’t work in either room, power outages all night, no staff on site, waited in the sun for instructions. Forced to move rooms twice. Far from the center — requires 15 min uphill walk in extreme heat and endless stairs. Parking not easy. Left after one night. Not worth it.

Very clean and well maintained rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the views are spectacular from the bedroom. The rooms have balcony too.
The breakfast was amazing and everyone is very friendly. There was an open jacuzzi tub (which we did not use), but I think this is a great touch.

Welcoming and friendly staff .THE best view from your breakfast table!
While it’s less than half a mile from the Ravello’s charming old city center, it was very challenging to get there because of the steep stairs almost all the way up.

The view from our apartment was amazing, looking at Torello village and the coast. Also the neighborhood was super quiet and the location was amazing as it was a 10 min walking distance from Ravello. Daniella was an amazing hostess, giving us guidance and recommendations on how to commute and where to eat. I highly recommend it!!
Nothing really, everything was great. Breakfast could be better, but it was above average.

Very comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully organised. Lovely breakfast spot looking out to sea. A relaxing place, really quiet at night.
For us, not young or fit, the location. Too many steps away from the centre of Ravello. There was an excellent hourly local bus, but it finished at 7pm. It meant we could not get into town for dinner in the evening.

The outside breakfast area, with a stunning view, was great! A Special mention to Marina who prepared our eggs perfect and remembered our choices.
Although we requested detail of parking this was not well communicated. Note there is no dedicated parking and street parking is very difficult to near impossible!

Excellent location in beautiful Ravello. Great host and breakfast in the garden, overlooking the beautiful coastline. Comfy bed.
The bathroom was a bit damp and the towels a bit worn

honestly I was very excited for this stay- and it turned out to be the most disappointing stay of the whole trip. the only good part about this place was the "free parking", and the breakfast was nice.
where to beggin. for starters, when I booked this place i booked in on reviews alone, and most saying its a great location. well lets not lie folks, its a terrible location, far from away from the center, and to get the center its 1000 steps uphill. We had bad weather so because of the location we were pretty much stuck in our room, because walking uphill in the rain wasnt an option. One night we even went to sleep hungry because it was raining and didnt want to drive and there was nothing offered at the BnB, even though the pamphlet said otherwise. VERY DISSAPOINTING.
and another thing that was just plain outrageously - We came back from Amalfi soaking wet got caught in a rain storm we asked if there was a dryer at the place, and was told that there is no one at the BnB and there is nothing they can do, and on top of not having warm clothes and them being soaking wet, We complained that we had no hot water one day, and instead of trying to fix our problem I was asked if I had turned the nob the right way, made me feel so dumb, and the next morning at breakfast the same person we complained to was SO RUDE to us, didnt even say good morning, acted as if we were the problem, we left there feeling so bad, and just wanted to run away as fast as possible. she had terrible hospitality, and did not assist us with anything!!!
So if we want breathtaking views but to be stuck in the middle of no where with nothing to eat or drink, and have a rude host then go ahead, this is the place for you.

The room was really lovely, and the host was very kind and helped us find a taxi very early in the morning to get to the airport. The view was wonderful.
The only downside of this lovely B&B is that it is closely located to the road on one side, and on the other side you have to walk up about 15 minutes of stairs and another 10 minutes to get to the plaza. If you are planning on traveling by shuttle or taxi, no problem - but if you are planning on walking to / from the plaza (e.g., if you are attending a wedding), it is quite exhausting.

Everything about Al Borgo Torello is magnificent! It is in a wonderful location with close walk to town.
It is charming, exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Daniela does a wonderful job managing it and provides great care in assisting her guests.
Breakfast is delicious and we were able to eat outside in the beautiful courtyard, which we also enjoyed at the end of the day with cocktails from her outdoor bar!
Highly recommend!

Fabulous location, very peaceful, couldn't hear a thing at night. Amazing view over the coast. Breakfast was lovely and served under an olive tree in the garden looking out at the view. The outside bar is also very nice, and serves a selection of drinks. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. A short walk into Ravello but it is hard work going up the steps!
Nothing at all.

The stay was very pleasant and left only good memories! The property itself is very nice, it has a very amazing garden with a sea view where we stayed every evening. The room had all the necessary facilities, the personnel was very helpful and suggested what to visit and how to reach every destination. The destination is also good and easy to reach but as everybody says, be aware that there’re lots of steps:D nevertheless it’s not a problem if you sum up all the advantages. Definitely recommend this property!

The property has an amazing view, the breakfast is the best we had in the Amalfi Coast and the hosts are super nice. Small comment for people that might not read the details: the property is not in Ravello so you have to walk a few flight of stairs to get there

We had the best stay on our Italy trip with Daniela and her family! They were super nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the garden and the room is just gorgeous. We liked it so much that wanted to stay additional nights. The steps indeed are way too steep however the shuttle stops right in front of the B&B so the location was not an issue. We will be back for sure!

Everything. Location amazing with unbelievable view, rooms clean and tidy, amazing service, bonus of a jacuzzi nice to chill at the end of the day.
It is a 10 min walk from ravello bus stop and quite a few stairs. This is the only downside but you can catch the local bus that drops you outside apartment.
