La posizione centralissima, la particolarità dell'alloggio con una grotta museo al piano inferiore di pertinenza esclusiva dell'alloggio, la pulizia, la gentilezza del proprietario e la sua attenzione al cliente. Ho apprezzato nel set cortesia anche le bustine per l'igiene intima. La colazione non è inclusa ma a disposizione ci sono fette biscottate, marmellata, nutella acqua e ovviamente tisane e caffè. All'interno dell'appartamento c'è anche un comodo asse da stiro con relativo ferro.
